Welcome back Blacktide; after having FoW for three weeks a change is always nice, even if you do just annihilate us…

Apparently this will be the last full matchup post for this year apparently due to Match-Up forum shutdowns I think…

Anyway, GL everyone!

Are you serious,BT is mostly boring server we ever faced.Never thought i say it,but am missing FoW.These run in one huge mega blop,no roamers,no funn.Been taking towers/keeps whole day without meeting a any smaller groups of defenders.They either ignore it,or bring trilion ppl

It’s typical Blacktide, nothing new here… I’ve seen 60-70+ blobs by BT. But considering this, they are not that good, often disorganized. Not saying that WSR is any better

First night back on vabbi and we’ve had the best fight we’ve had in at least a month! :p Looking forward to the rest of the week

Bananas had many fun battles today, thank you. We had one ninja from Shacey Island join us, who did very well even though he is not a banana. I feel there are many banana fans on Blacktide. Many joined us while we took a rest.

I was wondering why we had waypoints in our borderland keeps when I logged on this afternoon xD

I made all those waypoints, even upgraded the camps Luckily a mini ho-ho-trin dropped today so it wasn’t a wasted amount of money :P

Actually it is the other way around, we have normal lives, jobs, wives etc. now it is holiday we can play just a little extra and here is the result.

Oh I was waiting for comments like this! The Christmas spirit is just shining from you! Anyway I wasn’t part of this, just woke up, took a screenshot and went to celebrate Christmas with my friends and families for 2 days. Though this is a huge accomplishment for WSR, usually we see enemy waypoints in our keeps and blobs waiting for us at our spawn, let us enjoy that we did something great. You can hate nightcapping but it’s part of the game whether if you like it or not. It’s still just a game, I spent 20g on upgrading everything on our border the other night (yeah, even the camps were fully upgraded), logged out for a few hours and when I got back it was all green. And I wasn’t even mad Have a nice day!

1. we NIGHTcapped – who is spending time with friends and family from midnight onwards?
2. we weren’t ticking points during christmas DAY so by your logic…
3. the screenshot shouldnt have been posted (coverage comes and goes) and the resulting bickering is the reason they are closing this thing down.

Well…. Whiteside isnt winning only because you really lack numbers, Blacktide uses the “one zerg” uhm lets call it “strategy”, they dont bother cutting supply lines or defending supply lines, even guilds that call themselves “only WvW”. In their mind there is only one way of doing WvW and its one zerg blob. Most of the time they dont bother creating smaller groups that would take supply camps/towers or defend supply camps/towers, its only one zerg takes or defends a single objective at a time.

Being the best of 3 worst servers… thats something to be proud of.
