Seems like we’ll have another 1 vs 100 week

Props to the SoW guild in Fort Ranik. Running ~15-20. Only guild I’ve seen that isn’t in a blob from either server so far. Hope to see more.

I’ve been commanding all evening in reset night, I had a blast. We had a very nice open field combat with Drakkar Lake. You guys outnumbered us 3:1, but we still managed to wipe that mainzerg until a guild group ( I believe [LC] ? ) came in and wiped us because alot of our forces already had been killed by the main zerg.

Fort Ranik had some serious numbers aswell. Awesome fight in the Lord’s Room of Garrison! The skill lag was unbearable but all in all we had some amazing fights and we will continue to give you fights all over the map.

RoF did some blobbing tonight because nobody would take command in our Borderlands, but I will lead the guild over the week in some smaller skirmishes, hope we face some small skirmish guilds aswell to have some more of those awesome fights. I’d love to face LC, you guys rocked!

I have no idea why you guys think this is fun. I’m sick of the lopsided match ups.

There are a few exceptions, but mainly because those servers ( there are a few good guilds on both servers, don’t get me wrong ) can’t win without outnumbering us.

There seem to be a lot of player who just don’t understand and wont.

This is a game and if your not having fun in a game, one just leave to play something else.

You make the fun out of a game as best you can and try to understand even if you get throwing from one frying pan to next.

You get out of that fire by trying to make the fun of it, even if you our out numbered by more fires. Then you keep putting them fires out one by one and have fun.

Just to add. If you give up then your helping them make the fires and taking the fun from others.

I guess you didn’t see our numbers problem last night? A lot of people have left WvW because the match ups are not fun, and the invasion farms are insanely more profitable.

I know what I’m doing this week.

If we all think that then ROF server will have no one on the server.
Is to show how we don’t care about number’s but to have fun even if outnumber.
Other server may see we are sticking it out and come and join us.

Herr you told us many time’s you’r leaving or have left. But to be fair I not seen a lot of you in wvw, only pve.

I agree with Talon here. Every week Ring of Fire is credited for not backing down and giving a fight no matter how hard we’re outnumbered or no matter how hard we lose.

Yesterday evening we owned the French guys everywhere, every time and in every way possible in the RoF border. I did 4 WvW levels in less than 2 hours.

Aye, the main problem with FR are their insane numbers – it looks like most of Arborstone guilds transferred there. At least they drop a lot of loot TaG had a lot of fun fighting french zergs all over EB yesterday evening, too bad that it took DL 3 or 4 hours to realize that when FR are at our corner with their zergball, they can hit FR corner, not only come to our every time…

Same prob on DL… Everytime we tried to attack towers in blue corner, we were attacked with zergs from red corner, so we had to stop and go back ^^

You had no real presence on the map except massive turteling in your third, that’s it.

Is massive turtling the 25 man tag + friends party that kept wiping your whole zerg? If yes then i am glad that i am not in your server.
You even built ballistae when you were fighing us with double the numbers 25 vs 50
Also turtling is kinda needed when both servers with superior numbers focus our corner.
Anyways fun times were had exotics dropped and a lot of frenchies dead cya on the next loot farm in EB Ehmm sorry i mean “WvW fight”

This matchup is so unfair for us at RoF But atleast we try… IMO, we arent doing THAT bad, having in mind we are like 5-6 ranks lower than you guys

Could any of the 60 ppl that were running to pangloss, capped it, then ran back to their corner explain wth they did? they didnt took supplies, just capped camp and run back, you even ran past our little zerg with cata’kittenting durios.

Soooo, if we don’t have full map stacked on 1 commander, we are not supposed to be there? Keep in mind that not everyone likes to play the way you do, I prefer fights without skill lag and stuff. Next time try to engage us with somewhat more even numbers, not at least twice ours. We will be more than happy to fight you in open field, not having to use choke point due to your sheer numbers.

PS. We had great fun there – for me it is the best reason to do WvW

It would be nice to fight a server with a more even numbers that give us a challenge, instead of ‘blob’ servers. If I wanted to do ‘blob wars’ I’d be playing that blob game for Wii.

P.S I would love to 1v1 any of you guys, so far all the 1v1 I have faced against FR just can’t keep up :P

Fighting 20 vs 60 is getting a bit tiresome, especially if the 60 always build sup ACs in open field battles despite outnumbering us 3:1.
