SoR doesn’t get transfers???? thats new to me. Funny how our transfers have stayed on the server and say joining SoR was the best thing they ever did. Guess Nine Dragon was the only one to xfer off but I don’t blame them considering they were the only SEA guild on SoR at the time.
Maybe it says alot of BG’s community how they get mass xfers then mass xfers off. I know we have a few former BG members and they are happy to be on SoR. Also sounds like WM commander did some serious raging in ts/map chat over the weekend. Looks like they’ll fit in perfectly in BG!

But… I had some BG friends go to SoR and they hated it there. Now, this isn’t me attacking your server, I have many friends on SoR, JQ and BG… However, everyone enjoys different environments.

Stop hating on BG, we have a fun community but it isn’t always a perfect fit for everyone…. and I imagine that is applicable to every server.

That is a little revisionism. Most of the responses you saw from SoR then were due to the weeks upon weeks of trash talk from your server dating all the way back to T2. Maybe you weren’t on the server then?

Yes there are some people on all servers who should keep out of forum threads but just cant seam to help themselves. but to really bring up things which happened ages ago in a different tier and then claim ohh we were just getting our own back

To take away from all the QQing and people yelling at others on the forums, I actually want to say something nice…

I want to say thanks to the JQ guys/gals on BGBL last night @ about 7-8ish server time (after you took our Garrison). I had about 7 guys on, but after awhile we got down to 5, and we tried opening some gates as sneaky sneaky ninjas, and we managed to get one open, but then it turned into a 5v5 then you guys kept getting reinforcements, and we kept winning (somehow!) until out of nowhere, I just hear a “oh kitten!” from one of my guys as your zerg comes from behind! xD. It was a lot of fun, I hope you guys had as much fun as we did!

Lets keep the forums as peaceful as it is as i believe the reason why we are still wvw-ing is because we enjoy all the elements of wvw. Lets keep it that way, more happy things less unhappy things. We wipe and we get wiped, its part and parcel. Lets not stomp on each other’s pride to boost our own e-ego.

Everyone (All servers) needs to stop replying to troll bait and ignore/report them instead. Honestly, there will always be some mindless hate between our server because of things of the past. The reality is that both JQ and SoR are fun opponents on the field and I would hate to see one of them go if ever.

I haven’t posted on the forums since I came back to this game, but the BG chest thumping is cracking me up. WvW=coverage. period. end of story. We (SoR) know that we lack numbers during our Oceanic and Sea time. We would rather have fun fighting for a couple hours and log out then grind out ppt for those couple hours.

We did not have an 80 man zerg on our bl tonight btw. We may have outnumbered you, but not by that much. We can go at it again tonight if you would like?

So I guess you missed the part where I said I think it is poor form on both sides to justify that its ok cos they did it first.

There are many guilds I have great respect for on SoR and I think both our servers guilds get tarnished with crap a few trolls spew (oh and yeah there are JQ guilds too :p )

Blackgate has a fantastic community I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better one. Lines of communication are always open and we have great commanders that lead by example every day. War Machine and the others that recently came to fight with us have brought a great energy and I hope they are learning as much from us as we are from them.

Someone said something about mass exfers off not really we had one guild xfer cause they didn’t like T1 play, and I am sure we have all felt that way a time or two. Our biggest loss was two of our commanders dropping off in eu because of real life stuff, and we ended up losing allot of coverage in that time zone, I hope they are doing well and that they will be back soon.

All that aside all of our servers are doing fantastic jobs I am glad we all get to enjoy such a fantastic game together. Good luck all and cheers.
