I’ll take your word that you are not trolling.

The numbers for SOR Oceanic and SEA are pretty much about the same for the last 2-3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Our SEA is hitting about 1.5-1.9 maps worth of folks as you can see from PPT, which hasn’t changed much from Feb 2013, deviation is probably ~10.5%.

I am not sure if you play in SEA time but I have Korean friends telling me that Jang Gun (who has his own following of militia due to his charisma) and WM are in resurgence for the last 2 weeks. Really happy to see that. /salute.

On that note, I think it’s not unusual to see large swings in population on win/lose because there are 2 main types of players in WvW, the WvWers and PvX. The WvWers will turn out night after night but the PvX largely plays with reward/time ratio in mind. If I was PvX, I would get better returns in PvE if the server is getting pummeled, it’s common sense. For the record, I don’t hate PvXers, different folks have different priorities.

My post showing someone being where they should not be was deleted. Does anyone know why it is not possible to report hacks and exploits on the forums even when you have screenshots of people in the action?

PM said please refrain from accusing people… a screenshot clearly showing someone on top of a closed gate is not an accusation, its a proof so what are players supposed to do when we catch someone hacking/exploiting because being punished for showing that X or Y are hacking/exploiting is just plain ridiculous

It was deleted because its considered player or guild “assassination” By saying this guy from X guild is hacking is making it sound like its a guild of hackers, when it could be just 1 or 2 dudes that may or may not be new to the guild. Report it in game and if that’s not enough for you, open a support question and see what they say. That’s really your only options…

Because when one turkey starts to gobble they all do and because though you may be able to suggest something with a photo it does not make it true it could be a simple lack of understanding of game mechanics. If such things were aloud those with bitter souls would use such ability as a weapon to attempt to harm those that are just in an attempt to weaken there hardy hearts.

Yes, even if it was allowed, the problem with a screen shot is it doesn’t show all possible information on how he could be in the keep. He could have hid in there from a past fight or a wall on the other side could be open and he ran in. Or they got the door down and only a few got in before you repaired it. Not saying these things happened but a Screen shot can not be solid proof.

If it was really a “hack” or “exploit” then I’m sure every one there tried or did report it and that’s really the best thing you can do.

Such events modify the score, since SoR is purposefully not playing at full strength. A similar event event happened the week before IRON transferred on when NYS went on a two week break and modified your SEA turn out. The score modified the appearance of the whole match that week, which didn’t hurt your recruiting the week following.

Guilds and servers have a right to do this. However, you should be aware, this is the core of why people say SoR keeps underplaying while recruiting.

Apparently, from what you are saying, it has been server policy since the beginning of this week. It has been mentioned on SoR’s ts. It has been broadcast in map chat.

I remain convinced you had the talent and the manpower to take T1 Green when AFS transferred on, which was long before IRON. That harder road of striving for that win had been the core of what was once an attempt to balance 6-9 competitive servers, with limits especially in Oceanic players. Coverage holes were the balancing factor.

SoR hasn’t been playing at full strength as a matter of server policy this week. Yet, it has repeatedly played the outnumbered card on the forums. It kind of makes the complaining in this thread by your server a special kind of farce to some of us. Though, I doubt most people took those server policies into account in the heat of the moment while posting those complaints.

It is also well worth mentioning DB played far stronger this week than SoR was anticipating, which also affected the score. If I’m, remembering correctly, a DB player put it to mean about 15k of BG’s current lead earlier in this thread. 20k would probably be closer to the truth.

I liked the old SoR much more. That SoS vs SoR match in T3 was one of my favorite and most stressful matches at the same time and I loved every bit of it. Both sides came back for more every time. Now we’ve got a server who’s either too scared to try and fail or too scared to admit they tried in the first place.

I wonder why the guild leader of SAHP said the other way about? She mentioned Indo encouraged them to not play for ppt as SOR SEA is outnumberred and they can’t outplay BG. He was kind of worried they pushed themselves too hard. So sweet huh papa XD I wish I had a daddy like Indo but dem, my old man doesn’t like drama.
And that’s why SOR SEA guilds practically give up their ppt. I suppose they are not part of the guild training?

Besides, SoS recruited, I believe only 2-3 guilds, during NA time before they hit T1 and then they only got, what… 2 more?, till free transfers hit when they got VoTF and ND. SoS was not nearly as stacked as the JQ propaganda made it out to be, there was a lot of overtime being pulled on that server. I know because I was pulling it.

Couldn’t agree more. It is also kinda disrespectful with people that are really trying hard, by escorting yeaks, scouting towers, etc.

I’ll be straight with you as much as I can, the training that the guilds are going through doesn’t preclude them from attacking/defending objectives. I cannot comment directly on SOR NA and EU. But here are a few points:

1a. About NYS disappearing 2 weeks before IRON came – it was a strange lag that affected them. Some of them kept teleporting in front of me, I saw this happening. So the numbers were cut down when some of them (~5-8) left WvW till the lag disappeared.

1b. Also, the 2 weeks before IRON came, BG had received WM, MEOW and Kaineng WvW militia. WM proceeded to dominate EU time with PPT gains during those 2 weeks. Magikarp confirmed this in my public discussion with him.

2. I have data on the numbers how BG and SOR are fielding but I will not publish that.

3. AFS numbers are not in full force in the last 4-5 weeks as guild. I don’t have complete information on their situation.

4. SEA SOR WvW guilds are still fighting as hard as possible but no overtime. Do note that both servers have agreed on some level that a 100-150ppt is a population issue. The size of SEA SOR has been reverted to Feb-Mar 2013 numbers with a 10-20% variance. SOR militia numbers have gone down while BG militia have increased, this was expected, we have no issues with that. AFAIK, SOR SEA morale is same as in Feb 2013.

5. Btw, the training is done in WvW. The guilds are gearing up and practicing under new commanders. I can’t tell you exactly what sort of training it is but it’s WvW focused so the numbers are still there at least for OCN and SEA.

6. Lastly, I heard that MEOW’s GL got his computer fixed up (or a new one) and he’s back in force with MEOW, welcome back to WvW.

Exactly. Especially their SEA guilds who keep saying they are not playing to win since last week’s lose. To certain extent, they are humiliating BG oc/sea guilds and jq and db who have been fighting for the server and guild glory.
Let alone BG SEA we have more players than they have. But jq and db sea? The have less players, lowet score and the server they fought saying they are not even trying? just for fun?
If just for fun is your motto, perhaps sor should just go and fight in T8 and give the slot to others who respect the opponents and with positive esteem despite outnumbered.

See, the biggest problem with Report Hacks and exploits. is that ANET doesnt give us the tools for it. They have a kitten kitten generic drop-down box, no option to write and describe what has happened, and the closest thing you can report is for botting or scamming which doesnt really make sense.

Also, you can see how bad their response to “hacks” in wvw has been when they just realized that ppl could blink through walls/gates when this issue has been reported by players for months and months.

Hell, I’ve seen enemy PvE players blink into towers in WvW, grab their points and disappear. Also its kittened if they think we can actually report bots as they blink out before you get the chance to do anything (and reporting in wvw is even worse since you dont see the enemy player name).

One leads to ppt while the other doesn’t. I’m sure you can figure out which does what.

Unfortunately, ppt means sieging T3 keeps. Fights and sieging T3 keeps are mutually exclusively when it comes to fun fights for a good amount of people.

Definitely, JQ sea after weeks of playing as third in t1, they could only field up to 1.5 map while sor sea can always field up the same number and 2.5 on raid day or when they were winning.
Of course everything above does not apply if you are seeing the world on the drama queen server. Even henge of denravi has more eu players than sor sea, right?

Fun times in DBBL tonight against LUN/HL/VIG, BP/GODS/EA and later HL/Choo and EAT/qT. The three way fights at SE Bay and then by the victory wurm were great.

I wonder why the guild leader of SAHP said the other way about? She mentioned Indo encouraged them to not play for ppt as SOR SEA is outnumberred and they can’t outplay BG. He was kind of worried they pushed themselves too hard. So sweet huh papa XD I wish I had a daddy like Indo but dem, my old man doesn’t like drama.
And that’s why SOR SEA guilds practically give up their ppt. I suppose they are not part of the guild training?

We got queue in my guilds focus map past two weeks.
You can ask BG friends who fought with us how did we play, or watch my steam, I stream every night.

3.training is move on, we’re training our new main commander, and he did very well.
We play 2-5 guilds train on a map, we’re improving the communcation between every guilds.
Who told you we not in training?
