Yeah I agree, the level of trolling just goes higher and higher until its totally pointless. It can be fun at times give extra motivation when you see people ingame, but eventually the wit and sarcasm gets drowned out by nonsense (ARM) and it gets boring.

Yes it was a feat for ET to take SM last night. OK now I will step up to on my bully pulpit. But it was pretty much just a monumental waste of 7 hours to do so. Its like the high school dropout dude working at Arbys living in his in 1982 GMC conversion van with the wizard mural on the side trying to score the chick that is a perfect 10.5 with an MBA from Wharton sitting in a c level suite at a Fortune 500 company. That pretty much isn’t going to happen unless there is massive amounts of alcohol and ruffies involved. SM wasn’t even held for a tick. I can’t even say it was for the fun fights. Pretty much sit at keep defend trebs, run through hole in wall all disorganized, get wiped, wall repaired, treb more, run through wall all disorganized, get wiped.
It was great for SF and GoM tho, it made swapping SM back and forth for them easier. After initially busting the T3 SM nut for the reset, we don’t need to keep at it. GoM and SF will keep going after each freely for a paper SM. In the meanwhile all our trebbing kept bringing the zergs back to our 1/3rd to ensure all of our towers were perma-paperized(minus Veloka). We lost a T3 Ogrewatch because defending SM trebs, which could have been rebuilt, was more important. Meanwhile all of GoM and SF was at full T3.
Taking SM will be a lot more fun and actually useful in a more balanced matchup. When you are severely outgunned by both opponents its just a waste of time. Unless you have some big coverage advantage during a certain timezone.

I used to say all the time: If the enemy owns SM, do not let them make it a luxury, make it a liability for them. If we owned SM I wanted trebs up and going 24/7, because the worst thing you can do is sit there upgrading it just waiting on the enemy come to “war of attrition” you down.
The easiest way to fight against a larger server is to let them have SM and then drive them crazy with it. Not talking about building trebs either, just talking about running by and wiping all their siege, making feint attacks, all in the name of reducing their supply. Once that supply is low, you can always count on their PUGs camping inside SM, which makes things (towers, etc) easier for you to take. It was so funny because you can just literally bring a zerg to a wall and watch the PUGs inside SM start instabuilding siege. Just bump those walls a few times, but never where you really wanna enter from, and before you know it SM loses a ton of supply.
I have seen it happen, drain that SM supply, and before you know it whoever has SM only has SM and their Keep. Because they get so bogged down with SM nonsense they can’t allocate/organize people for much of anything else.
ET, please stop. Look here’s what we know to be true: The guys who are in WvW hardcore aren’t half bad.
HOWEVER. Your entire server is a PvE server. Breh, don’t get me wrong. I have some great friends on SF. Great battles and good fun. But we’re bored. A lot of GoM commanders need more thrilling matchups. I’m not making a slight on you personally, but your server is where it is for a reason. We’re structuring and we’re still way up in the numbers. And next week we’re expected to do even better once we get out kitten together.

Jokes aside then. GoM does have the coverage, but personally I believe SF/ET held their own decent enough considering you guys have near constant coverage of the whole map at any given time, perhaps not as much when SF players get on which is usually around daily reset and continued to evening, but I think you guys should have rolled over SF/ET, but as I said we held you guys off pretty well.
Not sure how that translates to your server as a whole, I suppose you’ll see when your up against other servers with a night crew, etc etc. Either way the stonemist fight last night was the best threeway SF has had in a long time and thats whakittens all about in the end. (got my scraps for the helm too)
