SWD had a wonderful reset tonight on jade sea borderlands ty for the fights there jade sea and kodash. For me personally it felt good being back on the saddle and raid leading for us, so much loot and XP hope it was the same for you guys. Again tyvm for the night hoping it keeps up this week.

clearly we are taking hits from both sides atm. shows on EB as well. Weekdays are the time when we really shine when we are actually able to handle two sided attacks. besides the number of guilds we have on reset night cant get in with full force and we dont run with commander tags. many friendlies go about with whatever they can help the server with. weekdays ques are eased and our guilds are mostly able to get in with full forces. dont worry we wont disappoint you

besides that forget the points and tell us we did not give you good fights.

A match-up isnt determined by reset or weekend, a match up lasts the whole week and once the weekend is over Piken’s real fighting spirit will boil up. Piken is a server that has a strong coverage during the whole week and not only at reset or weekend like some German/French servers. And as mentioned before Piken arent really nightcappers, Piken is very strong during morning/afternoon hours . So dont worry about Piken’s “very bad start” as you stated…

What happened to your servers, guys? I just had a blast on Jade GL, multiple packs of small groups from both opposing servers eager to fight the hell out of each other. Please keep that up the entire week and I will never miss silver league again.

Its the so called “queues” at work.

On reset, the border we joined seemed to let in around 20 people (judging by people going missing by the portal) and then it was insta-queue of course. 5 minutes later, queue popped (but we thought it was full?) and the first thing you hear over TS/vent is of course “my queue popped!”, “oh yeah, mine too?”, “guys, pop!” etc. Upon joining WvW, there where around 20 guys that had joined (no one else at the spawn so easy to see).

So yeah… “queue”…

^^ well Jin and me did some heavy nightshift…he went to bed at ~5 me at 10am xD
did not plan to go on for so long but there was always more to do, to defend, to cap and to many nice ppl on TS. ^^

You know we on PS keep up all week guild roaming groups. what usually happens is that other servers will not keep up with us during weekdays. It is only fun and challenging max till Monday. After that there is not much groups to fight. I hope it stays fun till the end. Irrespective of leagues.

For about 1.5 hours Jade Sea garrison was apparently the new champ train area (with lots of annoying adds that died like flies). 15? 20? 30? More? I have no idea how many times we killed the keep lord since he was up 10-30 seconds later from suicidal Warriors. JS simply could not kick out Piken (despite numerous feeble attempts) while Piken did not have anywhere near the manpower to cover every angle (a random zerg in the center plus a single small guild group meant JS had free entry routes everywhere).

Anet really should do something about that kittened mechanic :/

lost all respect for DEX (and the jade-blob following them), cause of using all this cheat-arrowcarts in jade-border-bay, while having 6 omegas and outnubering us 2:1. very poor guys, very very poor…
but at least you were nice enough to give us tons of sweet sweet loot.

Jade sea, such lame spy tactics, so obvious and very sad if you had any server pride in the past it must be very little now. Also running SO often even when you have much more numbers? very bad.

Yep its very OBVIOUS Jade Sea has spies/saboteurs on the servers they fight against. Players that walk golems off cliffs/bluffs to destroy them. Upgrades that are ordered while towers/keeps are under attack by JS to drain supplies etc. etc. Very sad a high tier server like Jade Sea has to use these kind of tactics to gain an advantage over a match-up…

On the other hand this shows again how BADLY executed this WvW season is by Anet because they should have disabled the guesting option during these 7 weeks…

You can’t access wvw when guesting. These are people with secondary accounts. Probably brought when they had the huge discount on.

I’m pretty sure he meant transfers. (edit : oh he didn’t – but the point still counts)

Transfers should still be there (since gw2 is way more than just wvw – and there are many gvg guilds jumping servers to have good fights) but with the “you can transfer every seven days” rule it’s like they are promoting spying.

Making that 14 days (so that the spy would have to stay away from his server for at least on more matchup) would probably make the problem less serious.

@ the guild that sent the spy (let’s not put names in here if we don’t have to) : please stop it. Taking a keep without spying and sabotaging is a really nice experience, you are ruining both your fun and ours. We are here to play, not just get points, please respect that.

It’s a level 1-2 toon that’s tied to a specific guild. I’m pretty sure the bulk of Jade Sea knows nothing about this. When the match is over, just delete the toon and move to the next server. Careful blaming an entire server for the actions of one group. That said, we can definately use it to our advantage. Don’t sweat the spies, they are easily controlled, and often can be quite helpful — they just don’t realize it.

Where’s the Piken Power from Week 1 of the League?You will loose your chance to win this League.Jadesea is with 25k points in front of you.That will be very hard to win this Matchup for you.And you MUST win;)

I am dissapointed by both enemy servers.

Jade Sea…i am really amazed how you are beating us in score..seems like you have 0 skill when it comes to open fights.You see red and you run,its so pathetic.You have close to one million arrowcarts in every keep,people afking with macros on trebs and so on.Not even one guild that is worth mentioning so far.

Kodash…you are much more respectable but you tend to run a lot more than its needed.Oftentimes you outnumbered us yet you decided to run.

All in all not a good match-up even if the lootbags come by the thousands.To whoever wins the week congratulations but your performance so far doesn’t do justice to your scores.

Kodash made the mistake of siding with Jade sea after the reset and now jade sea is farming them for points and spending much time in EB battering on anything painted red.

Now kodash players have earned themselves a week of being beaten on by both the other servers in the matchup. Piken, because kodash gave them such a poor start at reset and jade, because they see kodash as an easy source of capturable territory.

I don’t see why some are complaining at Jade Sea and/or Kodash, Piken’s absence during weekends’ an issue I’d prioritize on pointing out instead.

that is a mistake on pikens part they need to focus jade sea if they wanna win this matchup anything of kodash they make paper js will just cap later for points as you stated

Kodash is their (js) buffer, we should focus more on them.

Fungiih, thank you for the lovely duel. You are epically tough. Watch out for this Kodash ele guys. Had a fantastic 10+ minute duel with him.

French got public holidays on monday is that correct? That’s why there is so big gap in the score. Yesterday was really messy day. JS got superior numbers all day long and we weren’t able to push them back. All keeps and towers fully upgraded and heavily sieged. 25k points difference is probably too much to catch JS before friday, but we will try ! I just hope JS and Kodash don’t have another public holidays this week

You make no sense, we dont even have commander tags on maps for the last couple of days. Only when it comes to defence of a keep or tower you might see some big numbers from us thats because either one of the player tags up and every one on map goes for help or more than one guild group answers the call to defence. Besides JS should not be talking about fair play anymore. We dont cry about stuff but what happened last night was embarrasing. I know it was not done on a server level but a group of people from your community but it is a shame that they even thought of it.

Dont worry we hopefully will come out of this situation. We jut need to work on our weekends and also France had some public holiday yesterday. We were all sitting grumpy in our offices yesterday.

Dont know on which server you are JS or Kodash but yeah it does mean average coverage during the day. Did you understand anything else? Or do you believe Kodash and JS took lead over us due to some other reason?

This match up has been fun a lot due to so much guild groups roaming. Jade Sea has less though but on average not a number that can not be handled. So yeah it had been fun. And the challenge now is to win in terms of PPT. :-)
