I’ll start. The other day I was roaming and two Riot folks jumped me. It was totally unfair! They should have duelled me 1v1.

Riot is more fun when Boulderbolg gets drunk, flips on a commander tag and leads a zerg. The last time he did it I was shocked to find out he actually knows what a flame rams is and where to drop it. Then again we also zerged the bajeezus out of an Iron Ore node so there’s still room for improvement.

LOL that’s meaaaan!!! He didn’t do THAAAAT bad hahahah :P

He did awesome! That night was epic fun, for the bit I was there until my queue for EBG popped. My comment about the flame ram was more about a skirmisher commanding a zerg and poking a bit of fun at an old server friend.

Vizunah dont fight, they hide in their towers/keeps with 6000000000000000000 arrow carts

so going into a dead (time) zone on a NA server gives you fights? you probably get less now – I used to be a VoTF member when we moved to desolation. Vizunah still came out and wiped you many times when I was on desolation

sounds like your complaining about not getting fights alot, seems to me your move to NA is part of that reason.

I never really understood the logic of your move but each to thier own. but to come on here complaining about not getting fights is party your own fault and decision as a guild expecting a NA server to field a organised zerg at EU times

the longer you sit on a NA server at these dead zone times (when there are no organised forces outside of chatbox commanding), your members are getting bored and thier skills are not getting challenged and if you ever go back to the EU you will get smashed

i used to respect iron on desolation, but after seeing the attitude/logic on SoR and the trash you bring to the forums (That starscream idiot) its all gone

To clarify a few things:

Yes Gallimar is ex-VotF, but he did not leak their builds or private media as we wouldn’t ask that of him anyway. What he as done is offer reliable advice in regards to small things that have improved our performance on field, such as using resto+compote but all of the builds we use are theorycrafted by the guild and not pulled from a shady email. If you two want to talk trash about what happened on Deso keep it to PM and not in the forums as it makes IRON and MERC both look bad.

With AC mastery lvl 4, the radius is 540 instead of 360.

I concur with this. Coupled with Eyeinfinity or simply playing in a windowed screen (both which are not hacks according to Anet) with AC master, this is what a lot folks use, even in SOR.

Thanks for the match up this week.

Many on JQ were unsure of our future when we went into the match up against FA and TC a few weeks back. JQ had lost a number of players and many of us asked ‘what is JQ?’

Since then JQ has taken stock and come to appreciate even more what BG and SoR has to offer, concurrently being appreciative of what other servers have given us.
TC showed us again what good communities can do and how to win without winning. We learnt a lot from FA too and their fighting spirit, their ‘If it’s red, it’s dead’ policy that upset many dolyak, but they kept fighting no matter what Respect. Even Mags taught us what real trolls are and how to fight!

It was good JQ took a break and met other servers, we learnt a lot. It also gave us space to find ourselves again and think what does tier 1 mean to us. Many of us now have renewed vigour and understanding, we come back to BG and SoR with open arms.

JQ wins this week but it’s not the guarantee that it once, but that’s ok. JQ has come to appreciate even more the fights that BG and SoR put out. While trolls will do their thing, the veteran players take it to the field and the more balanced of us see how the current tier 1 match-up is the most dynamic we’ve seen (since launch?).

It’s a love hate relationship, but deep down inside we all love this match up. Respect to our BG and SoR brethren. To our next match together and future fights!

If you read my original post, I mentioned Eyefinity and it was more of an inquiry. This is not considered a hack, and I have no issues with that. I also didn’t accuse anyone. I merely posted the only screenshot I had. I don’t know anything about JQ guilds really, like reputation.

If I was going to accuse anyone of hacking, I’d wait until I had concrete proof.

I will buy many additions to my harem next week from the riches we recovered off of your corpses. I am thinking of suspending the normal beatings some pupils endure while in training this week due to their superior performance. Alas no one can really challenge my school to it’s fullest and I am forced to satiate my students thirst for carnage on the lesser races. Students please remember your homework assignments and level up. Bookah slaying will commence again in 7 days time.

And to the EMP Guardian named Saelium(?) You’re build is awesome and I’ve come up with some things to try to counter it. Next time it wont be so easy!

Classiest guy I’ve met in WvW in a long time. GG mate. Looking forward to seeing you on the battlefield again.

I would like to thank BG and SoR for a great week of battle. On our time off we did finally got to meet our sister server TC “I think we may actually be related”. On our time off from this match up we worked hard to pull together as a server and communicate and back one another up better than we ever have in the past. We wanted to show everyone our server was not dying and only has become stronger in working together.

We decided early on this week we were going to coordinate server wide and push for first this week to see if we still have what it takes. I think many of us are still in shock that we are pulling it off. BG and SoR are the the best competition out there and we realized while being gone how much we missed our fated enemy servers and appreciate them more than ever. It has been a lot of work this week not sure if we will continue that pace but we will see.

From the NA side of things I would like to throw a shout out to TW,HL,KnT,RISE,Hel,OnS and several others we do not see as often. Your great guilds make it always fun and a great challenge in the field. You are the reason we map in to WvW so often. BG and SoR thank you both for being great servers to fight against!
