Aww… I keep wanting to visit BP for a week or two as a holiday. One of the things I really wished to do during that time was run with Kalkz and company at least once lol. Suppose it’s for the best though. I don’t feel right doing it right now because not only are we in a match together, but the scores are really close. It just doesn’t feel right, and I know from BP’s perspective would probably look even worse. No matter how honorable my intentions may be.

God BP could you be any more boring? We wiped all your stuff in EB than most of our people moved on. I was the red warrior trolling you guys at Anz but you wouldn’t fight one on one. You used two ac and 4-5 people and I still managed to down all of you. Yes you killed me when all of you came to get me. But seriously how boring you wouldn’t talk or fight even numbers.
All I wanted was to rumble but you can’t even play fair. Was still worth kicking all your kittens solo though.

On a side note this is by far the most boring WvW match I have ever taken part in, I usually have 2-3 vids out throughout the week and this week I have 0 and will have 0.

By the number of posts I make that are removed I know Anet scans these forums so please, change it so we never roll down again. Every night its just run around the map a couple times, find no one and then call it a night.

We here at Maguuma fight the top servers usually every other week. Yes we lose in points, but we always at least fight. Try getting organized and quit running actually work on a strategy. Sorry to offend you Bro

You didn’t offend me at all, I’m simply stating the fact that if you stand in front of a tower chances are you’re not going to get a 1v1 fight, its common sense so use it. If you want a 1v1 there are better places like fight clubs @ the windmill or Spvp.

Coming on the forums complaining about an entire server because you couldn’t get a 1v1 in front of a tower is not only childish but makes you look bad. It’s not their server in general its all servers, that’s just what’s going to happen so get over it.

Even roaming around capping camps by yourself or in a group the chances of you finding an even number fight are so low against any server. As I said you have other options so instead of complaining on the forums, use them.

No, they wiped. Minions don’t really care about massive skill lag and the minion zerg soaks up the aoe cap. My favourite was there was a guy downed at the water outer and I tagged him for kill credit by warrior fall traiting to my death onto him.

Awesome fight with EB at Golanta. Swords for 15 mins and nobody on maguuma comes to help us

Amazing campaign in EBG tonight. I had originally just planned to bring my guildies onto the map to practice our open field combat. Somehow, it morphed into a server force plowing through qued maps of Ehmry and Maguuma. Very strange all things considered, because at the start of the evening I only had 15 people with tbh, it was a refreshing change of pace, considering its usually been the other way round for us. I noticed Mag in particular did not quite seem to know what to make of it. You guys had an almost sadomasochistic desire to get SM back from us. While I admit our cap of it was kinda, well, evil (like Ninja) you should not have let rage drive you to such suicidal battles! Though they too, were alot of fun.

Lol wat? mag won the 3way at durios.

Cut the community some slack, a few months ago everyone was excited that they could stack and blast. Look how far they have come in a year of WvW fighting evolution:

- wow we are running in the same direction
- check out this stack
- look we can blast while stacking
- yay for PVT armor
- hammers are fun
- if all of our other crutches fail we have warbanner!

I think it is interesting to speculate where it will go next. If they didn’t all use the target system so they could follow each other I would guess we might see something crazy like target calling and assist trains. Maybe folks will figure out that stacking is not worth the loss in momentum or positioning.

The reason why groups stack is to reach the AoE cap and reduce damage. It’s also important to do mid-fight to “reset” the fight. What I mean by this, is that the regrouping allows everyone to heal up to full HP via water field blasts and gain almost full stacks of might via empower. In a sense, it returns your party to the condition it was in before the fight even started.

However, regrouping becomes very dangerous if your team is forced on the defensive due to pressure from the enemy. Although, if that happens you’ve already lost because you’ve given control of the match to the enemy, so it’s a bit of a toss-up.

Lastly, people need to understand that there is a very big difference between a hammer train and a balanced comp. The fact that 4 warriors use hammers in a 15-man comp doesn’t make it a hammer train. Not even close, to be honest.

Regardless of it’s many benefits, stacking makes for boring meta, it is greatly over used, often at the expense of momentum and positioning, and in my opinion is used more as a crutch for bad positioning and movement, than its tactical advantages.

Lastly, people need to understand that there is a very big difference between a hammer train and a balanced comp. The fact that 4 warriors use hammers in a 15-man comp doesn’t make it a hammer train. Not even close, to be honest.

So over 26% of the group is using hammers, but that isn’t a hammer train? Where is the magical cut off, 80%? You are taking the term too literally anyway, it is more about the heavy defense ball formation with hammers, at 4 I would argue the number of hammers is irrelevant as far as the label goes.
