AG bl today was a total disaster. No cooperation at all, no scouts. No guilds running solo so there were only 2 blobs, one each per side of the map.

why would they stop playing the game as intended because your server can’t provide the numbers? AG is the only server which whines constantly about being bad and not being able to compete with other servers.

@Nev Ag it’s one of the server that have some people on Ag that complain about some other server to run Blobs and rely heavly in siege, and i think it’s more truth statement.

I think nobody in Ag complain about Ag being bad, because it’s simple not truth, we might no have full coverage like other servers, and the word “compete” it’s only for PPT because it’s primetime, the people running away from battle are no Ag.

But Yeah Ag doesn’t speak as a server, if some people complain about a specific problem, it doesn’t rapresent the entire server.
So your statement it’s wrong.

It’s hilarious that you come here to tell us that servers are ‘bad’ for not having as much coverage as Desolation has. Sorry for not being as ‘good’ as you are and being unable to compete with your superior ‘skills’ late at night/early in the morning. To be honest, I didn’t care much for the complaining that was going on a while ago. PvD happens and it’s a part of the game, but there was basically no reason for you to post here, this is not your matchup and the guy only jokingly made a comment about not capping stuff when we’re sleeping.

As for reset, TUP’s raid didn’t last long unfortunately as we had small numbers, but I still had some fun roaming and doing some late night random duels. Cheers to the guys from ONS and the one AM guardian that wanted to duel some as well :P

It seems that our players went to sleep early, so we had outmanned buff in all of the maps quite early on, but were able to keep a decent point tick nonetheless with the small amount of players that we had.

If Abaddon had spread out more we would have been completely trashed on points. There were 2 or 3 man groups taking keeps and towers for us, but with the lack of numbers we were unable to truly challenge the enemy zergs roaming about.

I hope we won’t consistently have this few players during the night. Still, I had some decent scraps with smaller sized enemy groups from both Gandara and Abaddon. Hopefully we can gather up a group big enough to fight the enemy zerg during the rest of the week.

Your terminology is a little bit off. You are referring to server events that involve the community at the highest level. A social event strategy championed highly by Abbadons Mouth and now emulated by the other two servers.

[GTFO] is a guild that was made by myself – for peeps that do the dirty jobs – ie escort Dollys/Upgrade/Scout and Siege our own BL, if that makes us a PVE guild – then yeah were a PVE guild – you won’t find us hiding behind the windmill looking for duels or GvG, we’ll leave that to the “PRO” WVW’ers “Wink Wink”

I guess there’s someone mad about Aurora Glade obviously being the Server with the best prime time in this match up and maybe aswell in this whole Silver League.

In my opinion Anet should try to balance WvWvW a bit, even if they told WvWvW wont be a balanced game mode.
They for example could let the prime time ticks count more than the ticks during the night or morning.
That aswell would prevent domination through night capping guilds from other regions.

But hey… It’s Anet. They wont ever balance anything tbh.

Hats off to the silver veteran AG thief who managed to down me with 7 hits in less than 0.5 seconds including 10.6k backstab and ofc finished with a stealth finisher. I only wish I could hit buttons that fast without a macro:-) Maybe I need more armor, only 1.8k toughness atm…. I was really quite impressed, that’s quite impressive button mashing skill (if it’s a macro can you send it to me for my thief?). I’m obviously getting old and slow:-(

“Mad”? lol . I’m pointing out the fact there is always people from your server whining and crying about the exact same thing. If you don’t like the way wvw is run make a good suggestion in the suggestions section and I’m sure a dev would look into it. As long as the idea is good, your idea of making prime time tick more is a stupid idea what makes the effort of the people during prime time better than the people who do it in the morning/afternoon? Your pretty much making a suggestion based on what will reward you more for the time you can make wvw. Not everyone goes to work in the morning.

I was hit 6800 with cloak & dagger and 12800 with backstab from Drakesong thief. My necro has 2500 armor.

He was unable to finish me off but I would still like to know what he was running, packing some serious glass there!

Also a CROW ele blasted me for 6900 with burning speed. I’m not used to taking such hard hits in WvW where most people run semi-tanky for the zerg fights.

When you run full glass even a random Eagle Raptor can down you if you’re not careful.

I don’t know what the thief involved thinks of this, but double dagger full glass cannon is not exactly the ultimate duelmaster build. It’s more so a “gank you before you even know it” build which loses its effectiveness when you know it’s coming. So instead of dueling you should seek him on the field and get your revenge.

I’m just sad that we rarely get ‘civilized’ fights in this match-up. It’s either one guild that runs from us until it joins another guild in order to attack or two-three guilds zerging together. This is a bulletproof way of keeping your people mediocre and kills every need for strategy.

Yeah, good fights though we were a bit outmatched. Our thief and ranger are not so good against condis, but that’s no excuse for a lost fight. So much running away in the last fights.

On a side note: December patch makes my s/d thief cry :(

Thanks for the fun tonight at the later part of the evening.

Started out in AM BL had some nice captures and steals as well as battles. It wasn’t long before AM had a huge number inside our Garrison, unfortunately I couldn’t get across to our BL since there was a queue. Not matter, we got your attention again after we hit your Garrison and brought you all running back to AM BL.

We later moved to EB and has some fun outside Grandads Keep for a while until our bags were overflowing. Called it a night after some nice battles near Durios Bridge.

Yeah, good fights though we were a bit outmatched. Our thief and ranger are not so good against condis, but that’s no excuse for a lost fight. So much running away in the last fights.

Posting to encourage players to run solo. There’s a decent amount of small groups around but I’m alone to 70% of the time in WvW so a few more soloroamers would be awesome.

Just that one time when you don’t know really what to do or have some time over, come alone! (Sounded better in my head…)

Get out of our forums, and we arent complaining about anything, this isnt your matchup, and we are bad? Dude during prime time your pug zerg is a joke, 20 or 60, it doesnt matter, Abbadons put up 5x the fight you put up only until you have to send a guild to EB =/
