Really fun night on AG bl, for the most part alot of spread out 20-30 man groups making tons of nice fights all around.

Looks like Gandara is going to win this one with quite a significant lead in the end. Wouldn’t have thought it would be so decisive in the end, but it’s obvious now.

Gandara simply has the best coverage during any time that is not prime-time.

Aurora Glade is coming in second because they realize how important the Bloodlust buff is, something the other servers largely ignore.

Abaddon still has the best PuG blobs by far though, quite impressive really how well they fare against many other random blobs. I guess they have some decent commanders there afterall.

^I imagine it was just a coordinated effort to take on the leading server. I really don’t think they’re actually ganging up over all. Well, unless Abbadon really do not realise how important it is that they finish ahead of AG in this matchup if they want any chance of ending the league in the top 3.

When a team(AM) just camps another teams(GA) spawn point so they cant get out while the other team(AG) attacks GAs keep for longer than 20min you know they are double teaming.

Haha, you should read the german forums. PPl there are just complaining all the time of Gandara and AG teaming up against Abbadon since the beginning of the matchup.

And why would AM benefit from AG taking a keep from Gandara when they are 3rd in a matchup? Also there are more than 1 way to get out of a spawn so if they spawn camp you then you are doing something wrong. If they attacked the gate that is near your spawn then that’s not really spawn camping

I hate to burst your bubble, but that was genuinly not a double team effort, Am were just spawn farming you xD we had nothing to do with it, AM probably just saw the opportunity, and if you had stuck around for when we had actually gotten into the keep, then you would have seen a massive free for all, straight after that fight, AM went to SM in an attempt to try and take it quickly.

edit: I do understand why you might think that, it did look like it. I probably would have thought the same thing.

Personally, I don’t know and don’t care about other servers’ decisions. But what about the populations on each BL? I’ve seen 25 people on EB defend Gandara keep against a blob twice or thrice as big. The keep was the only thing we had left, and we still had some queue at that time. Are there so many people frolicking on EB in Gandara server? Is there, as I’ve heard some people say, a dynamic limit of people for each server depending on how well they are doing? Does anyone in Gandara have an answer?

This. Today we reseted Hills and Bay together with AM on Ag bl today. Cause T3 bay/hill is a no no in prime time. We saw Am go for bay and we went hills, then switched, then switched again. No real ganking (except a bit for weekend on EB, u mad?)

It was funny from AM just standing there not hiting AG and kitten everything what was GA. What was even more hilarious AM rushing in for the keep when we beaten AG and still fails at it. Well great fights u all

Yea what I don’t understand is, why is Abaddon not teaming up with Gandara. Its obvious last week Deso vs Gandara vs Abaddon will decide who will be first Gandara or Deso. And this week its fight for 3rd spot, Abaddon vs Aurora.
If Abaddon get second place this week they secure 3rd spot, and if Gandara help them then they should repay by focusing Desolation in last week.
Also Aurora have 2 easy matchups next 2 weeks and they will get 10 points there for sure.

Let’s spell it out very clearly. AM camped the EB spawn for over an hour while AG attempted to take the keep directly behind them.

They made no attempt to attack the south gate.

Their only purpose for being there was to prevent Gandara from reinforcing the keep defenders.

They didn’t even try to cap anything else for that hour, only after it was obvious that the keep attack was failing did a small team try and take something of AG’s.

The excuses spouted here for this action are hilarous.

The funniest thing was that 1. you totally failed and 2. you probably caused your server to come third in the match up when you could have capped half the map while AG were busy at our keep.

Try it again tomorrow, we can laugh at you some more:-)

Ain’t exactly an alliance, more like ceasing fire. I remember a matchup with deso and Abba (long before the league) where Abbadon held t3 SM that was very sieged. We nor deso couldn’t breach it easily. So we camped their keep while deso was working on reseting SM. Easier then to spend 1-2h trebbing and chopping off bricks at wall.

Gonna keep the story short : no one likes you because you blob. When you blob you’ll gain temporary advantage then either guild groups will, i quote, : “peel you like orange” or people will split to smaller groups of 10-15 and go to other borderlands so you won’t be able to keep up with ticks.

I have to say it again. Do you realise that there are paths on the left and right to leave your spawn not just the middle? If they spawn camp you for an hour then I think that is your tactical fail. You could have easily reinforced your keep, easily caught AM by suprise from the sides or you could have even surprised AG because they wouldn’t expect an attack while AM was at your spawn. I wasn’t there so I just have the info from what I read/heard but I honestly think that you could have gotten out of the spawn in one of these paths. If not your whole zerg then about half from one of the paths while the other half of your zerg is going from the opposite side.

Seriously man? We’re in the lead so it’s only natural that the other two servers would try and focus.

Also, who cares? You’re only making yourself look whiny by posting all of this.

I thought we were still teamed up with Gandara, but now it’s Abaddon’s? Apologies to all the Abaddon players I attacked in the past few hours.

Seriously though, server alliances just aren’t possible in this game. It’s not that coordinated. Personally I would enjoy seeing something like this happen because it would mean people actually played as one.

I dont get why ppl complaining about temporary alliances,it is very legit and understandable. Read “Art of war” your enemies enemy is your friend. and sometimes to destroy a well fortified location you need any help you get and if it shares both servers goal it is very logical that they would team up on it-fair play so stop the kitten and play better!

There is always some EB dude that crys “alliance”, when it’s as simple as 2 servers fighting while the third on its own chose who they prefer to pillage, its almost always the attacked, not attacking server.
To the guy form gandara this time crying double team, from EB of course. Earlier that day we (AG) attacked you guys, and AM fastcapped one of our t3 tower (double team anyone!?!?!), which-after our commander decided he has to spend 20g on omega golems and get AM keep. We go AM keep, reach inner, and end up fighting there for an hour, while guess who? Gandara downgraded all but 1 T3 tower owned by AM (DOUBLE TEAM OMG).

conclusions – EB people usually don’t know right to left, not only is EB a silly brawlfest, it also has NOTHING to do with PPT, It’s so easy to recap your area, and holding SM is only 25 points. So if anyone is even thinks of contemplating EB as a grand example of two servers trying to lower 1’s PPT, think again, preferably while moving to an enemy borderland, and for god’s sake, bring superior siege with you.

To be fair Deso and Gandara teamed up against AM on the Friday on the 1st matchup, Deso built 3 WPs in AMs home BL and Gandara let us get on with it whilst using Deso BL as a karma train area hehe If we hadn’t of done that AM would be 2 points up and Gandara 2 points down.

Been following Gandaras PPT closely and it looks like it’ll be a fun matchup next week before the showdown at end of matchup. You guys have had a pretty close matchup, shame Deso hasn’t had much coverage competition since that 1st matchup

next 2 weeks shows silver league’s top 3. I’m waiting some hard fights and those fun momenst. I hope that we will face at open field but taking keep when there is zerg inside is rewarding also =)

Sorry to interrupt but I do remember that thief with 2 incinerators from AG, VV guy. And so far the best thief I’ve encountered ..back in Gunnar’s. He one shot my thief and needed like 6-7 hits to down my warrior with 3.2k armor. Kudos to him.

1st (Deso) and 2nd (gandara) are set for silver, will be no surprises, 3rd spot really depends mostly on how much we – AG care to get there, if we do we will, if we don’t it will be AM, who comes in 2nd this week will determine mostly. This is because we have 2 coming weeks that we can finish 1st place without having to beat the odds (millers GH UW and ranik). MS on the other hand on last week fight gandara and deso.. good luck with that.

Thanks for the fun tonight at the later part of the evening.

Started out in AM BL had some nice captures and steals as well as battles. It wasn’t long before AM had a huge number inside our Garrison, unfortunately I couldn’t get across to our BL since there was a queue. Not matter, we got your attention again after we hit your Garrison and brought you all running back to AM BL.

We later moved to EB and has some fun outside Grandads Keep for a while until our bags were overflowing. Called it a night after some nice battles near Durios Bridge.

Thanks for the fun in AM BL tonight at Prime time. YaK, IC and CM nice fights we had. After we had finished we ended up just spawn camping Gandara for a little while, stomping the downed for some extra PPT!!!

Later I ran the late night AG force in the enemy BLs. Wasn’t long before we captured a map for major PPT!! and moved to the next map for moar PPT!!!

Props to our Commanders Whitepayn on AG and Acid Protector on EB from our Server tonight for holding AG ground strong. We all did a great job in having a insane PPT!!! almost 500 at one point. Ended the night by being 6K ahead on AM in points. Lets keep it up until the end.
