Because we have more fairweathers than perhaps any server and we never play for ppt so our rank goes down each week even if we win

Kaineng is in League 2 though. so this isn’t like the new leagues system. Its actually worse than that.

Well Yaks started off slow last weekend too, which was a surprise because we usually start out hot and cool off. But than again we weren’t playing against a T2 server. Sure can’t wait to go up against a T1 server during league play!

To the two PROS thiefs I just fought 10 minutes ago. Good fight, that warthog saved my butt and rallied me.

Don’t complain until you have really faced a full queue map zerg. You wont get that against Db because no 1 guild runs full queue.

Again, why would I want to face a zergier server? This is bad enough. I prefer even matches and smaller group fights. Would be nice if they put a cap on map population depending on how many people are on the lowest pop server. Server A only has 20 people on a map currently, so server B and C can only have 20 people each on that map as well. It would be so much more fun if things were kept even that way. And people would eventually get tired of longer queues on stacked servers and transfer to smaller ones, and things would balance out and we would no longer have uneven matchups.

I am from Yak’s. This matchup shows exactly why 12 teams in a league puts the bottom half of the league at an enormous disadvantage. Getting smoked by #6 Dragonbrand is not really much fun for #11 Yak’s and #14 Kaineng . This is exactly why the league play with such a large league may demoralize servers and reduce WvW player population on the lower tier servers in each league. Why can’t the league in the US be 6 teams each and we have 4 leagues? I think that would generate far more interest in WvW and actually give each server a competitive chance based on their current make-up.

I am not looking forward to more matches like this one where the other server outnumbers you so much you cannot even do tactical strikes with small groups.

JQ pulled high 600’s against us during SEA. YB is not in the same anything as JQ as far as population and they, or any other server of comparable population, should not have to endure the beatings that are coming.

On the other side of things Higher tier servers should not be forced to have a dead third server or 2 dead servers(comparative population) matched up against them. It is not fun for anyone. Kaineng is actually in a good position when the leagues come out. People may bandwagon there again for the easy wins over lower pop servers.

edit: I posted this on our forums as a joke in response to the announcement, but I think there may be more truth to what will happen after the leagues start than anyone really wants to admit.

I’m not really sure why some of you YB are kittening about DB and their numbers. You guys have massive numbers as well and zerg up a lot too. If anyone has room to QQ it would be Kaineng. You both outnumber us ridiculously, so get over it YB. Have fun and try to fight ppl, even if they outnumber you its actually fun. I guess you guys only enjoy things when you outnumber the other person?

On the note of ppl bandwagoning to Kaineng again, please don’t (: While we would love to gain more coverage we are not interested in easy win hungry ppl who will ditch us when kitten gets tough. We want dedicated, coordinated people, who are really looking for a fun new home. We work our kitten off to be where we are, with the so few coverage we have.

Given the structure of the league thy would be fools to do it! If they stay down they will get some even matches and a prize. If they get up to 12 then it’s 7 weeks of being rolled over, no server prize and likely often a struggle to get out of the spawn for long enough to achieve any personal reward goals.

Let’s just not fight this week. let Kain get ahead of us so we get pushed down and don’t have to fight any more mega zergs. We’ll just do some gvg stuff and not bother with capturing anything. Let them take it all, don’t get any points.

Of course you don’t have as much as them, but scaled down your zerg ball outnumber us like DB would outnumber you. Sometimes I wonder if ANET really cares. You know we had an ANET guy on Kaineng and he transferred out with all the bandwagoners too. LOL

I don’t deny the fact we outnumber you guys. That’s why we pretty much tried to ignore you last matchup and focus on CD. You annoyed a lot of people though with your constant attempts at taking SM at one point so then we tried to take everything to get you to leave us alone.
