to those who believe our nightcapping crew is bad. Let me just underline a simple fact.
The top 5 server’s nightcrew is more then 4 times as numerous as ours. The remaining 4 servers have nightcrews 2-3 times the size of ours.
We are not a gold league server. Sure we seem strong in silver league, but that is because you guys dont bother to put in some effort and pull a all-nighter. If you guys want your beauty sleep, please, do go ahead, we wont mind. But when you wake up well rested and refreshed the next morning only to fight “zombies”, do not complain about our score, or the lack of “skill”. It is just a matter of prioritizing and dedication, in which we simply excel.

Look, stop lying to yourself. Before league started we weren’t a gold league server, that changed when leagues started. FYI, we don’t have to win gold league in order to be gold league material, but I can assure you we wouldn’t finish last in gold either, not with the surge in numbers we have now.

Funny thing is, if we were in gold league, majority of the people would probably just log off and not put up a fight. Seems a lot of Deso only stays up when they know there is no resistance.

Which means, we ARE NOT GOLD LEAGUE MATERIAL.
If all you got is sissies who only play when you win, you do not have a force to be recon with. You have a bandwagon crowd. And that bandwagon will head to some other place if you dont keep winning, thus, in reality, if we didnt have a PVE population the size of the moon, we would barely be able to beat the other top silver league servers.

It’s not the PVE’rs who PVD at night, and it’s the PVDing at night that gets us the wins, because we sure as hell don’t tick highest when the enemy has equal numbers on.

Regardless, I like the smaller scale fights during prime time I can get with my guild, that’s the best part of wvw in my opinion, not this broken tick mechanic.

Another fact for this and previous week is that only one guild raid from deso that we meet was [EXG] rest is just blob with randoms.

Thx for some great fights this weekend GH and FR ! Hope there’s more incoming!

I really liked the fights this week, to be honest, though not so much later in the evening. I love it most when we run without tag, but not all our commanders like to do that.

The second factor is that GoD has an open recruitment atm. So we do run with more than we’re used to, but it also means that the average wvw knowledge is lower (with people who lay waiting for a res, for instance, instead of immediately respawning, or have trouble staying on target or tag). It’s a policy which is part of the entire server effort of getting Deso back on its feet.

So what you have seen lately is that GoD starts untagged, but tags up later in the evening, which means that by 10 PM CET we have a blob of like 50 on us. It improves steamrolling, but not the fun, and in general we don’t win more fights with it. In fact, we win less fights than we used to.

Also, you can only pvd when there are no people behind that door. If you would get up at night and defend/attack, the deso night squad actually could pvp instead of pvd. As it stands now, kudos to them for going through those boring nights time and time again.

All in all, everyone likes to think that when we win, it’s because we have more skill against you, but when we lose it’s only because you had so much more numbers than we had.

GJ Desolation, full zerg at our EB keep, but yet some engi had to cheat his way in the keep to get our arrow carts. Too bad didn’t have time to get some screenshots, hopefully my mates had and will get him <3

Oh no. A server might be playing world vs world and its guilds sometimes dare to cooperate! The world is ending!

Schedule yourselves limited GvG if you want to play guild vs guild style. Go for some sPvP for 5v5. I wonder if/when people actually bother to read the format’s name and stop crying about opponents playing the game as it’s designed.

You usually play the game for your fun, so you play with the style that gives you most enjoyable moments and not like “creator” was thinking you “should” play.

It’s for all games like this.

well, your cookies, lets just put it this way, while the frenchies possess great skill when it comes to making cookies, they do sometime get a bit too creative. You fellows on the other hand, stick to that delicious old recipe and never fail to replicate it.

It was all green…..trust me. I then focussed on last thing that we did not flip…garri. FR then took everything while we focussed on draining garri supplies and assaulting it.

Indeed i did notice you guys come to save garri, GG CROW. We lost numbers the more time went on due to 6 things, Our squishy player builds, your siege above lord room, your separate groups, your waypoint, our distant spawn waypoint and you closed the outter.

I dont care about ppt that much when we are so many points ahead….let FR pvd for all i care…i only wanted fights.

Btw this is not me or my video, a guildy you can clearly see he is not tagged @@ ….the quality is really good tbh not seen another as good tbh when runnign so many numbers and he turned his settings down as i asked everyone too in TS as garri fights are normally laggy….most pc’s cant handle this game and its amazing at the spec of pc you have to have to even run it at medium settings.

I’m now waiting for your epic video upload or an epic forum reply…..anyway nothing wrong with WvW….i love to play the game in many ways…spvp wvw roaming…small skirmish’s and blobfests. Variety is the spice of life they say…or some kitten like that.

Clearly we were outnumbered. Then we got base camped for about 15 minutes. Only time they left was because FR took Veloka Tower from them.

Here’s hoping to more interesting things happen the rest of the week, but I doubt it. Roll on Friday.

Let me tell you what I finf wrong in that vid and remember this has nothing to do with deso, GH does it also.
One big train/zerg/blob whatever you call it. people running through mobs going 1,1,1,1,1,1,1, sometimes 2 because you can just do this when you have more numbers. It’s the way wvw now works. You can just rez everyone during the fight or after it does not matter. The defenders can go out kill one of you but it makes no difference, they get instarezzed. And when one of the defenders dies, they have to waypoint most of the time.
Waypoints in enemy borderlands is also kinda weird because it allows them to be back right after we killed the zerg and dead people in keeps acting like scouts to tell when to attack.
So again, nothing to do with you or your server, every server does it. I also love wvw, but there is much improvement, I am sure some would agree.

I agree – as long as it makes sense within the given frame (which does in this case) and doesn’t lead to griefing, kittening, or any other problems, but is actually enjoyable not just for you (which doesn’t in a number of cases).
It’s like going into sPvP and then kittening that people are capping spots instead of pew pewing at the orb, because this is what you consider fun. I, for one, prefer playing WvW as designed and as long as map control is the priority, i do not mind zerging, blobbing, hand holding, golem rushing, or even nightcapping, done by enemies as well. You won’t hear me whining about enemy guilds running organised 30man raids and murdering bigger zergs of my side, so please don’t whine when zerging happens either.

So far this week i would like to recognise and comment on the following enemy guilds INVI has come accross.

FURY = DOABLE BUT STILL FUN
TEO = VEIL AMBUSH MASTERS THAT FEED OFF THE WEAK
INC = IF I HEAR INC ON TS >>> I hope its not THE INC.
CROW=EASY PREY
PUNK = TOUGH GUYS
FR PUGS = TAKE YOUR ZERK GEAR OFF ALREADY

In all honesty its been a good week so far, great fights. Just a shame i cannot play in primetime due to my ping being 600+. I really would love to do more tagged down INVI only stuff but whenever we do we just don’t have the numbers or quality yet.

Anyway i’ll be less active for rest of the week…… enjoy guys and have fun.

Been a great evening with our 12 guys on Deso and Fort Ranik Border. Massive numbers which seemed to come from every corner. Thanks for the fights and many lootbags <3 Getting ready for you Inc! Can’t wait to meet you guys at the south camp this week, going to be fun!

But I never said I want ppl to play for my fun. See thats what I’m talkin about. I honestly don’t care about what others do. Zergin, blobin, GvGin and other stuffs. As long as I’m gettin fun with my friends that way or another I keep playing the game. Like I did with other games before. I shouldn’t restrict what I enjoy to make other players feel better. Firstly it’s because there are to many players out there so you will never “fit” everyone and secondly I didn’t bought the game to make others happy.
Also I don’t mind and will never whine about ppl zergin or gankin. Sure sometimes I don’t like it but I can blame only myself for not paying attention thus allowing them to do their stuff.

Epic nite yesterday and morning, capping GH keep on eb was the highlight. GG to all that helped me while i tagged up. Shame we had lost deso hills wp due to lack of communication…..we just managed to save bay. GH and FR how did you like my epic deso garri defence on our home border with ma GOLEM. Omega golems OP to defend. ….. great fights anyway on eb and deso bl….love small scale stuff.

Shame we couldnt take your keep, but you had too many separate groups/wp and spawn advantage… i really miss the separate guild groups we used to have on deso server to co-ordinate attacks…so hard to do anything with 1 blob against separate organised groups. GG GH nice defending.

Lol I like the part where you have to turn the settings down or else your pc wont be able to handle your enormous blob
And that wasnt fun, that was everything that is wrong with wvw right in one video.

Btw this is not me or my video, a guildy you can clearly see he is not tagged @@ ….the quality is really good tbh not seen another as good tbh when runnign so many numbers and he turned his settings down as i asked everyone too in TS as garri fights are normally laggy….most pc’s cant handle this game and its amazing at the spec of pc you have to have to even run it at medium settings.

I’m now waiting for your epic video upload or an epic forum reply…..anyway nothing wrong with WvW….i love to play the game in many ways…spvp wvw roaming…small skirmish’s and blobfests. Variety is the spice of life they say…or some kitten like that.

I do not have an epic video because small scale looks way less impressive of course.
Let me tell you what I finf wrong in that vid and remember this has nothing to do with deso, GH does it also.
One big train/zerg/blob whatever you call it. people running through mobs going 1,1,1,1,1,1,1, sometimes 2 because you can just do this when you have more numbers. It’s the way wvw now works. You can just rez everyone during the fight or after it does not matter. The defenders can go out kill one of you but it makes no difference, they get instarezzed. And when one of the defenders dies, they have to waypoint most of the time.
Waypoints in enemy borderlands is also kinda weird because it allows them to be back right after we killed the zerg and dead people in keeps acting like scouts to tell when to attack.
So again, nothing to do with you or your server, every server does it. I also love wvw, but there is much improvement, I am sure some would agree.

FURY = DOABLE BUT STILL FUN
TEO = VEIL AMBUSH MASTERS THAT FEED OFF THE WEAK
INC = IF I HEAR INC ON TS >>> I hope its not THE INC.
CROW=EASY PREY
PUNK = TOUGH GUYS
FR PUGS = TAKE YOUR ZERK GEAR OFF ALREADY

In all honesty its been a good week so far, great fights. Just a shame i cannot play in primetime due to my ping being 600+. I really would love to do more tagged down INVI only stuff but whenever we do we just don’t have the numbers or quality yet.

Anyway i’ll be less active for rest of the week…… enjoy guys and have fun.

No need to show disrespect like that. I think its bad week with bad fights due to gap in numbers between Deso and GH, FR. I would also like to recognise and comment on following enemy guild Crow ran into last week, Crow run with 20 ppl max.

INVI – guild raid + pugs never less then 50 people, we never engage in that situation and only “fights” we had was when we were disengaging avoiding while u were overunning us with 3 times more people or when u jumped us while we were fighting FR zerg.
Actually for last 2 weeks we had just 2 real fights with INVI+pugs in only sitation we could fight, our own garrison and we kinda wiped u twice kinda easy so….
INVI = EASY LOOT BAGS

Seems like no one can count , you got proof invi had 50+? If not don’t claim things. It’s like fsp claiming we had 100 plus when we had half the numbers of what they had.

which means and was shown in his posted vid before, that invi is not running alone most of the time, which should verify the post of gagi esp with the pug commander note. no need to do the math if u can read.

Nothing fun today in EB. Not sure why Deso needed 5 golems to take a wooden keep away from us. Clearly it was a ‘’we have bigger numbers than you. In your face’’ kind of takeover. Clearly we were outnumbered. Then we got base camped for about 15 minutes. Only time they left was because FR took Veloka Tower from them.

Here’s hoping to more interesting things happen the rest of the week, but I doubt it. Roll on Friday.

Dang, we had like 2600 supplies permanently in SM and i didnt know what to do with the supplies. Since you guys didn’t come to take something i decided to go and find you guys!

It’s sure hard to satisfy you guys!

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers… Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we’d get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

Was on about the times the pugs latched onto you and fought us with you PT had anywhere from 20-40 at different times. We were in the BL bored for 1 hour 30 mins with afew AzM to keep us company so we sent some guys to fight whilst we watched haha
