And what does Blacktide do? They come for our Bay with their border completely green..

It would be easier if there wasn’t 80+ dzagonur blob running around on our border.

And to this QQ-ing about double teaming: sad excuse is the fitting term.
BT had quite the force on dzarg borderland taking their hills, later on trying to take their garrison, while we had a almost never ending fight in there. They simply don’t have the manpower. really guys

Thanks for the fights tonight all, had a lot of fun on Dzag BL, think we saw 8 dzag golems retaking bay Lols, we knew you were building some but didn’t expect 8 omegas, but some nice fights and a nice one between north bay and sentry against another guild group (sorry I forgot your tag, it’s late and I’m tired).

I think Dzag will make us pay with your night coverage but all in all I’ve enjoyed tonight, let’s hope the rest of the week is as much fun.

Slow start for RoF, but we’ve taken it back.

If the other 2 servers want to play Blob style, we pretty much don’t have any other choice but to play that way as well, and we need responsible commanders who understand how to respond to scout reports, and play defense.

I only played on EB tonight, and it was a sad start. Cap took charge and a small group of defense players took over the towers. Together we got it done. We need to practice this, because the rest of the League play isn’t going to get easier.

@Treszone, actually, during most of the fights we had lower numbers then you and these were fights that we enjoyed. Well, as much as I hated chasing smaller groups (as you mentioned, it’s not fun, I agree), we wanted to prevent you from flipping south camps, it was nothing personal

BT are doing really great job this week! I hope it’s not only reset hype and they will continue to fight with their claws and teeth

Also guess what? Our (RoF) BL was almost completely green too! Does that mean we also team up with DZ against BT? Oh wait!

BT and RoF won’t have to worry about our “infamous” nightshift. Since we got 2 competitive servers numberswise now they sort of faded away like dust in the wind. Still I really liked the reset night,we had some awesome fights on every map I went. I went to RoF and our own borderlands but the fights I enjoyed the most were on EB especially in the beginning. Favourite moment of the night was when we made BT and RoF engage us in a 3 way fight in front of langor then went into the tower,jumped over the wall and took RoF garrison while the 2 of you were fighting
This seems to be a promising week so keep up the good fights and good luck to you all

indeed has been a nice reset. great fights all over the place. a litle bit dissapointed that DZ had to come with 50man blob with 3 omegas + 10 alpha golems around 11 in the morning.

Well, currently we’re slacking a bit it seems. /t in EB is whining about being double teamed by DZ and BT… seriously RoF!?

While I don’t think their was an actual alliance going on in EB last night. Both BT and Dzag both focused only us for the first 2 hours or so. At one point we opened SM outer gate and left so the blacktide blob passing durios would see it and attack it/take it off dzag. The blob saw the outer gate, even stopped to look at it… then ran to Quentin. Everytime we hit dzag to encourage blacktide to hit them too blacktide still hit us everytime we hit blacktide to encourage dzag to attack them. DZ still attacked us. I could totally see why people would consider it double teaming none the less I’m impressed at the amount of times it took DZ to wipe before they gave up attacking us, I personally gained a lot of loot and exotics. Twas good fights but in the end you couldn’t kill RoF’s morale we just kept on fighting on both fronts ;D.

We were going from to side to side in our corner of EB tonight but I really don’t think they have a coordinated effort against, it’s just that they’re both a bit opportunistic.

Still, the Dzags have a history of not playing as much when they have to work in the morning. We should be able to widen our lead starting tomorrow night.

Actually the Blacktides finally woke up to the fact that it was the Dzag constantly going for their borderland, while we RoF players have (mostly) been leaving them alone. Blacktide turned on you tonight, instead of being opportunistic against RoF.

It was a nice change, and look at the score now. I like it.

Using over ten omegas to cap hills isn’t fair. That was during the day tho.

Good job Darkstorn & Co. Keep it up, everyone! This isn’t even night capping anymore. This is when soldiers wake up.

Well, I think there is nothing unusual in the fact, that we throw our main forces onto stronger opponent, especially when scores between us and Dzag are so close. Also, no offense, but Germans give us better fights most of the time. Yesterday, TaG travelled to BT BL for a while, after we ran out of enemies in our border (we were basically defending all Saturday and Sunday) and we flipped all 3 keeps with barely any opposition. That is hardly fun ^^

Also, thank to SWAT nad HON for all the fights we had in last 2 days, it was a lot of fun It is good to seee SWAT running on their own and not blobbing up even after being defeated sometimes keep it up. HON – I take it as a compliment that you feel the need to build 2-4 ACs in open field to face us, even if it is already 40v25

I’d like to thank everyone who helped keep our bl safe through the night and morning today. As expensive as maintaining and upgrading our bl was, I once again thank you for all the fun and eventful time.

Dzags thanks small scale on your borderland today morning. When we took your gari, when we defended against trebs on Faith, really fun fight near briar before we took it.
For me, these moments are much more fun than 50 vs 50. Defending and attacking max 10 vs10, i love it.

I enjoy this week quite a lot. In the night from Saturday to Sunday we’ve got a hard time. But thanks to our absurdly well sieged garrison we could hold at least this… main thing people thought while refreshing the siege: “the narrow ridge between usefulness and madness” (forgot who said this in /t)
Even if its a little bit ot: I have to say that i enjoyed retaking our borderlands under the command of Anya on Sunday early afternoon. Nice and straight commanding in ts, giving explanations why something is to do… for me as a pug I’ve felt myself in good hands

Yay! my 10-hour night commanding shift gets recognized! I was so tired at the end of it but at least it increased our lead by 7k points by the time i went to sleep

On a second note has any german got a screenshot of redvale camp with the 20+ defensive ballista in it? You actually took it after 6 hours of attacking it but you needed 25+ (you made orange swords on the sentry so yea you were certainly at least 25)

I wish we could get our players during the night shift that helped during the weeks before.It’s been obvious dzagonur is better during the day times when the numbers are even but at night we loose a lot of points. I’m still confident we can win this one but I guess from now on we’ll have to throw in everything we’ve got during the day and keep the maps rof free just to keep up with their night work.might be utopia though since RoF and BT are giving us one hell of a fight

Well exept for the weekend during the evening (and at reset) tick is almost even or RoF is ahead all the time. Dzagonur isn’t actually stronger during prime time i could actually say that RoF and Dzagonur are quite possibly the most even servers ever in strength

Saturday was as close as it could get all day / Sunday morning Dzagonur rushed everything and got quite some points and from Sunday evening (starting 17:00) RoF has always been at the same or more points than Dzagonur

It’s the night team that’s winning it for us though, and thanks for taking over last night. I simply couldn’t play last night, after 3 all-nighters over the weekend.

Yeah i’d say RoF and Dzag are pretty much even matched, I’d never say anything bad against RoF since I started there and switched to dzag at the end of march.I’ll always remember the great fights against you,surmia and gunnars.

Totally agreed, and it’s what makes that matchup really interesting, tensed and fun. Too bad anet can’t see that and is going to bring back RNG matchups after league.

And I also loved matches with Dzag, RoS and GH in t7 before RNG matchups started

Well, everyone thinks the numbers are even if the own team is about to win. Currently (at least 2 hours ago) we’re badly outnumbered. We fought with 5ppl against a Zerg 50+ with 5 omegas in our own borderlands. I think currently it is uneven, but i am at work at the moment…
Whatsoever, i agree with all of you saying its a nice week, because i think DZ and RoF are more or less even and BT is near our level, too. Enjoy this very much.

and I really like this matchup, because after 3 boring weeks of karma train, fair weather players and 40vs max20,
there are now awesome fights.

A lot of open field fights. Awesome long lasting Garrison fights.

I was the TaG mesmer, and I agree, it was an awesome 25 minutes fight indeed. Best fight I’ve had in months! Great that it ended with a respectful /bow from both sides and not the usual zerg steamrolling one side.

Wow, whoever the DZ mother-kittening kitten mesmer kittenhole was that is fly hacking over woodhaven and dawns go choke on a big hairy kitten. You are a very sad little boy. I would love to name and shame but of course he took his guild tag off.

I have fraps little Dzagonur Asuran mesmer, of you flying from the ground outside Dawn’s tower wall into lord room and portalling your 3 friends in.
