I couldn’t play today because for some reason the game is lagging me hard… I listened to my guild fight a battle in N camp on teamspeak while ingame at the same time the two forces were just staring at each other. And when I enter a keep portal, demonic rubberbanding happens and man, I just quit after 5 minutes. Why, Anet?! Why?!

Sucks cause I’m really liking this match-up. I feel like this is going to be a close fight.

Just a heads up, when you call strategies on a given map stupid, it’d be more effective a statement if you actually owned most of that particular map in question.

Plus don’t be THAT GUY who goes and spouts the whole “good fights yada yada” shebang before turning around and trashing the people who gave those supposed good fights. It’s not very classy. Be a good sport or be a bad one. Picking the middle ground there is just being indecisive.

Sadly, won’t likely be seeing a great deal of that from us. Those of us who used to heavily partake of such things here have either transferred or have since been silenced by Anet staff. Our reputation as a tier 1 PvF server preceded us and was well known, lol.

Good Fights on EB BL on Reset, [SM] Managed to get a few fair fights other than the average zerg balls. Probably the most fair matchup in a while not counting DB’s Insane Oceanic zergs.

Had a great time on EBG at reset and this morning on DB BL. Looking forward to a good week.

Okay. Not for sure how you guys manage to NOT take our Valley keep with a hoard + 6 Omegas + paper doors + only six Arrow Carts in the whole place… but I’m certainly not complaining. O.o

Apologies to the Charr NOCT thief that tried to jump me with 5 guys while I was fighting the Ebay thief, then proceeded to chase me half-way across the map with your friends, and finally concluded by losing a 2v1 against me with your warrior buddy. I was laughing very hard.

SEA crew only hangs around for about 3 hours, then they all go to sleep at once (it’s actually sort of scary) and we have absolutely nobody for EU. We’re probably the weakest EU server in Silver.
You want to make this match interesting? Hit us hard then.

NA should be fun all around~

I know that it sucks when people exploit, but I’ve seen crazy AC exploits so many times and even reported them so many times that I’ve stopped caring (not to excuse that kind of action, but if this is your first encounter with it you’re either not paying attention or you’re new to the game). Anet has made it clear that their intention has never been to fix these issues.

Before you say “EBay is full of hackers”, remember its just a few certain people who do it, so don’t be all whining about the server.
It’s not an exploit based on what Anet says, its basically a zoom change which is not bannable but punishable.

Those NNK d/p and perplexity thieves outside EB spawn in eternal were some serious winners. Could hardly down people with even numbers, slightly superior numbers, and did fairly when when they definitely had a numbers advantage.

You guys should really be nice to the thief class, its putting your entire guild on its back and carrying you like Greg Jennings doe.

I wasn’t going to bring it up, but if we’re gonna make a huge kitten of this DB, then kindly ask your “select few” people to leave our Teamspeak. No less than three times on opening night did entire zergs of DB halt and drop everything they were doing to go pouring back into SM the moment it was announced that we had plants of various professions in there after losing it to you guys. Two of those times they literally ceased sieging a tower. Just up and turned away like a flock of spooked birds only seconds after it was mentioned on TS. Once is coincidence, twice is suspicious, third time is confirmation of former suspicions. Every server has a few gate hackers, it’s simply a given since not all people share the same moral code, but if you ask me spies are even sleazier. Especially for a server in a match that really doesn’t even need the extra help.

All that said, I wish you luck in your endeavor of tracking down our gate assailant. Even if it isn’t a ban-able offense (and wrongfully so I might add). Frankly, we’re better than that and this person needs weeded out and ostracized as the bad that he/she is.

Edit: Yes, we do have preventative measures in place for spies, but it’s REALLY annoying when we have to stop whatever we’re doing and perform a full Teamspeak purge.

Edit2: I aslo ponder just how many of these “gate hackers” are actually just our slew of amazing mesmers, lol.

I don’t think there were spies in our TS. Either that or DB just didn’t care about losing SM on reset night because some poor guardian was chasing me around for 15 minutes before I ported in our zerg and nobody else on DB seemed to mind.

The player isn’t important. Fixing the problem is. I can’t tell you how many exploits I’ve found while finding hiding spots in keeps that have been fixed in hotpatches after sending video proof. Don’t use the report function. Send it directly to the team. That’s how you fix these issues, not by ostracizing a player while another takes his place.

Thanks to everyone who sent me a message with his name, it’s in Anet hands now so no need to discuss it any futher, deleting my old post, and keep up the good clean fights.

Lol! Appears I jumped the shark then. Probably should have specified your server of origin lol. No matter I guess. What I said was still relevant to whom it applies, but I’d have probably held my tongue had I known better.

Eh, enough for me for today. Spent over five hours upgrading and defending our SW tower. Just to lose it during a bio break to a group of CD whose numbers should have been childs play… A group of CD who didn’t even get to keep it for the timer I might add before DB swooped in and stole it from them in the last minute and thirteen seconds. Funniest part, swords didn’t pop on the tower until AFTER I came back from being afk and the wall was at 10% so nobody even knew about it but me.

Just felt like getting belted in the groin and having your wallet taken by some little kid you could’ve otherwise thrown like a ragdoll, only to watch the kid mirthfully run down the street and get that wallet stolen by a larger kid right right before your eyes like twenty feet away lol. Pretty demoralizing all around. XD

sorry for not responding faster im not on my computer, i could careless if you’re a commander or not ,the night was in db bl the first two hours DB just kept attacking the wrong keeps instead of taking back garrison and holding though that happened late at night for example attacking bay while we’re trying to help you by getting into hills ,idk how that will get you garri from eb though retaken back bay and took garri for you ,you took it back ,what im saying is we were hoping a 2 sided fights but it was just 1 for the most of the night [ppt/keeps wise] but the fights were epic aka open field/defending ,especially nw tower [TB] and [EA] and in garrison too ,great fights but not [ninja’ing keeps /taking our garri back] kinda strategy i was hoping to see from DB

Ebay North Camp was ridiculous. Void had ~20 people online and we were called in thinking it was an exaggerated 60-man CD zerg. I don’t know how exaggerated that was. Took some tries to get our pugs in order, but once we did it felt good to FINALLY wipe you.

To the CD group that was insistent on portalling a group of less than half your size, I commend you for sticking to your tactics. I’d be a bit bored acting so passively, but whatever works for you. You probably could have rolled over us, considering you needed to use 3+ portals to get everyone through and we had maybe 25. Then we waited outside a tower for you to come play and nothing happened, so we took your Bay.

Im The KoMe Commander that leads those zergs, we had a great time and it was an introductory [Training] to some of our members into zvz after guild missions and some pick ups on the map. [hence] why we were not as aggressive today, you guys did great at n camp as well but your wp eventually overwhelmed us as we would lose a few here an there. kudos for the good spirit and urge to fight we had a wonderful time hope you did aswell!

Yes, those definitely the weirdest/stupidest strategies ever. We should learn from Crystal Desserts. You guys definitely have very superior strategy. Thank you for your insight.
