Guild Wars 2

SFR and Deso have been my overall personal favorite opponents, eventho Kodash lost most matches against eighter of them in the past. You can’t wish for better quality enemies on the battlefields. Next week is gonna be glorious!

That said, nobody is gonna miss Jade “Zombie” Sea in this bracket. Elona, Viz and Jade is a perfect match, to bad things are going be stirred up from next week on. Oh well. :p

Oh yeah one last thing for my fellow Kodashians: less blobbing, more quality group and guildactions please, thanks.

Alright, its the last day we match with Jade Sea. After several weeks and months matching with you lads I still have just one question left to ask. Why are you guys so little PvP interrested in WvW?

Don’t get me wrong, its not a flame. But after fighting with Elona and SFR I saw much more PvP orientated guilds and players than I ever met on Jade Sea. I played … a lot during our matchups on every Border and on Eternal Battlegrounds … The only – more or less – PvP enthuisiastic guild on Jade seems to be [DEX]. To be honest … I roam pretty often alone. And everytime I saw some solo player of Jade he avoids fighting at all and tries to escape. At least it was like this in most cases.
So … Why is there so little interrest in PvP aspects on Jade Sea? :o

Anyway … Have fun matching with New Vizunah Square (also known as Elona Reach) and Old Vizunah Square this evening. :P

So true. I roam alone most of time and when i fight a Jade Sea player, i’m mostly chasing him and killing him while he run away without trying to fight back, even if he was running alone, so also roaming. Sometimes even groups of 2-3 players run away at the sight of an ennemie …

Yesterday i tried to fight 3 JS, but with a setup with thief + ranger + gardien, it was impossible to stomp/finish any of them, but it was also impossible for them to kill me. I tried to duel them (even a 2vs1 would have been ok) every time they ran away, but they would give back up to the one fighting alone.
After a few minutes of hit and run, finally one of them decided to fight me alone. After something like 20sec he lost 50% hp, his mate came to help him again and that time they ran away for ever wihout looking back xD

Jade Sea has close to no roamer during the night, even if they have an overwhelming advantage in number. Kodash also has almost no roamer during the night, but when you meet one of them, he keep fighting and come back to fight.

Thanks Kodash for the great moments we just have, we just met at your spown and it was great, (on our home map), you were great, we wish we will see you again, and continue to fight like usual, you will be on the top !

I’d like to answer your question but that just my opinion so it may be wrong in some extent.
For me, if JS appear to you like a server that’s not really interrested in PvP aspect, it’s because we have to few guild dedicated to WvW. Or maybe to much of them but with to few people. I’m sure you already understood that you almost alway fought PUG groupe/zerg/Blob. JS play with what JS have, a lot of individuality and few guy that have the will to lead this bunch of wild guys. These leaders are the very core of our strenght, they drag us to where we are now even with the odd against them. They never have perfect groups with optimized spec, good reactivity or anything else. Just a bunch of wild guys (and gurls) that cant work very well together. I’m really thankfull to them cause they allow us to compete against great and organized servers like SFR, kodash or Elona reach.

You are great guys (from SFR and Kodash)! I’m sure you don’t even realize how hard it is to go against you to. You may have smaller blobs (even if it’s not always the case ^^ ) but when we try to hit you, it feel like hitting a giant rock and when you hit us, it’s like being crushed by a truck. There are a lot that you got and that I envy but, I also like the freedom we have even if it’s our most dreadfull weakness.

I am mostly a PvE player. I’am not really someone who like competition (and maybe, we are a lot like that on JS) but, well, I can’t stand losing so when I see that we are in trouble in WvW, i try my best to help. And I found that i have what’s needed to scout effectively tower or fort. Most of the time I’m alone watching and reseting our weapons, keeping an eye on what happen on the map. I know that I gave you some hard time cause it’s my job to gain time until reinforcement are here and i have done it countless time.

Well it’s been a pleasure to go against you guys and i’m sure we will clash again soon. So yeah! see you soon guys!
