Dear ANET,
EBay is to OP, please nerf. I suggest the following skill changes for non-EBay players.

Skill 1: Mental Troll – Causes half of all EBay players in field of view to attack other EBay players. After efect wears off, the player finds the highest cliff and jumps off.
Skill 2: Uber Victory – Kill all EBay players in field of view.
Skill 3: Nuclear Alchemy – Detonate all EBay players in a specific BL. Causes burning and poison for 10 seconds then death.
Skill 4: Turns all EBay players in a battle ground into dolyak mounts. Any player can ride them but movement speed is reduced by 25%.
Skill 5: Sabotage – All EBay built siege units explode when used. Causes burning for 5 seconds, knock-back, blindness and periodontal disease.
Special skill 1: Salt in the Wound – When an EBay players is stomped a dumpster falls on their head.
Special skill 2: Mecha Kalkz – summon a platoon of player operated MadCats.

These changes will help bring balance to T5. Honest.

You have more hardcore WvW player, for sure you’ll be able to adapt and fights harder. I’m not hardcore, I won’t sleep 2 hour less just to gain 2 points on the glicko system and the right to brag on an internet forum. Our hardcore communty, they don’t play WvW, they play tPvP. We are left with mostly casual and roamers.

Re-read your lasts posts guys, all of those are about pating yourself in the back.

It easier to act all mighty when you are winning a tier, yet I didn’t see you guys “adapt” again CD or Kaineng.

We all know PengiuNet is a troll but I advocate it. It gets the usually forum posters to reply, filling the thread something to read. As for his current post, what he says is true for the most part. Even in this stale match up, Ebay as a community is constantly finding ways to improve. I can also give credit where credits due.

Kalkz helped in the creation of our night crew. When accusing Ebay of nightcapping, just remember that our night crew was created to counter Kalkz’s golem rushes. A sincere thanks to Kalkz.

I know certain people and guilds in Borlis Pass have taken this opportunity to improve their WVW community. For example, WFD went from being a casual WVW guild to almost a daily WVW guild. I also know that certain commanders in BURN are trying to convert stubborn PVEers in their guild to be more WVW focused (I hope you do manage to get BURN more active).

Walabone and Kyle Finnegan have taken the initiative to improve their communities open field. Then we have a certain member in TANK who thinks their guild is carrying the community (lols). Also, congrats on getting your community TS up and running.

As for AR, there’s few to mention. Big improvement to Ex-WAR now CRIT guild. I think they’ve made the most improvement in this match up. Since the absence of 2G, ALS really hasn’t made any improvements. I’ll give credit to certain commanders in ALS for trying to improve the guilds tactics though.

You take forum post too seriously. I honestly imagine your facing turning red when you read this thread. Most of the players on the forums are actually quite friendly and chat ingame with players from BP / AR giving or receiving advice.

It’s tough to see other servers do any adapting when you aren’t even in the same Tier. Don’t kid yourself, by posting here, you’re trying to make a point as much as anyone else is. By your standards, “forum warrior” applies to non-trolling, sporting posts now as well. As Pedra put it a couple posts back: pot, meet kettle. Nice to meet you Kardiamond, I’m kettle.

I don’t see AR/BP posters giving pointers on things EBay can improve on. We’re not perfect. We wouldn’t be in T5 if we were. Yet everything is either “hurr numbers”, “forum warriors”, and “night capping” nowadays. If you want to take helpful advice from the winning enemy as trolling or showboating, then it’s obvious you aren’t worried about improving. Just don’t assume that we all think we’re gods among men for trying to be helpful. It’s not like there’s any reciprocation for us to dwell on like there was in T4 when we were against T3 opponents. And yes, we were in the same boat. Just because we weren’t in the situation as long doesn’t mean we didn’t take anything from it.

Plus if people weren’t to talk about these types of things in this thread, it’d be more of a dud than it already is. People don’t like back patting. People don’t like bragging. People don’t like trolling. People don’t like complaining. It makes me wonder why certain people bother posting here if everything they read will bother them.

PS: We developed small squads and coordinated big guild raids in response to Kaineng. In response to CD/Yak’s/Maguuma we developed our homeland defense into what it is. Our TS also became mainstream during those matchups. No adapting my kitten

Just wanted to say that our thoughts and prayers are with the people being affected by those tornados. We have a couple of members we are waiting to hear from and I’m sure others know IRL or via game/TS people who may have been in that area.

Since you want an answer though, it’s because you only acknowledge EBay trolls in your posts. You’ve made it clear (abundantly so) that you don’t have repect for EBay players. You have your server pride which is good, awesome for you. You always say it in ways that degrades everyone else on this server though. You aren’t posting for conversation. You’re posting aggressively with the intent to let us all know how little you think of us. I can’t give you an exact definition of what I consider a forum warrior (I do it sometimes too), but there’s somewhat of an explaination since you asked so kindly.

Sekz / Rekz has been on the receiving end of plenty of trolls / accusations. I find it entertaining. If any of my members get riled up, I tell them to take a break. It’s not worth taking anything from this game personally. If I ever get frustrated, I’ll just go play Planetside 2 for a bit.

This tiers trash talking is the same as any tier. BP / AR / NSP trashed talk plenty in tier 6. The only thing that has changed is each servers roles on the forums.

By the way, just because I don’t call you bad on the forums, doesn’t mean I don’t think you’re bad. I just say nice things sometimes to get you guys motivated to fight since most of this tier have fairweathered.

How am I degrading my server? I think AR know we lack hardcore guild. All the hardcore player that join Anvil Rock, join it for tpvp, not WvW.

Since my build got nerfed last patch(and a big nerf :P), I will wait until your RRR get nerfed. I’m not using HGH (OP engineer build) and your build is a variation of the BM Bunker build in tPvP that out regen my damage.

I will wait until you get your nerf then we will fight.

Fair enough, I’m not defending them. I’m just saying you make it sound a bit more like you’re targetting all EBay players than you may mean to. That’s just the impression I’ve gotten at least.

As for the nerf, you’ll be waiting a long time :P I could go into a long discussion about how a nerf to a ranger’s regen would devastate other classes since various forms of regeneration are such a central, built-in mechanic for bunkers across the board. The sPvP boards have delved into it in much greater detail than I care to atm. Long story short, they’re going to have to buff our traitlines before they can nerf us.

Don’t label us all mind you. There are stalwarts like me here who are not like that. Most of the people with an Ego were not here until after Ebay had already built itself up alot or you didn’t hear diddly from until after Ebay had built itself up a bit.

Ehmry Bay is still a good server full of good people, but man some of the more vocal are really compensating for something. A little trolling is one thing, a lot done consistently is another.

My bad if what you are saying about your time on EBay is correct /shrug. That said this forum has plenty of BP posters who I strongly disagree with. However, they paid for the game = they paid for the right to post on these forums regardless of what I might think.

I find it amusing that I come into the forums and see this thread active as hell, with the usual EB zerg, BP sucks, AR wanna fight and that’s it, along with the “We improved from mistakes and my skill lvl is God like” yet I got into WvW and all I see is a ghost town and the random roamer trying to flip camps…

Hey champ, I’m from EBay. They can add new members fron the server they moved too and all. I won’t give you to hard of a time but there is a guild on my signature thats NOT REKZ. This guy is poorly representing our server and im not a fan. How would you feel.if someone on your server was kissing our kitten

My bad if what you are saying about your time on EBay is correct /shrug. That said this forum has plenty of BP posters who I strongly disagree with. However, they paid for the game = they paid for the right to post on these forums regardless of what I might think.

personally, i find that to be a pretty disgusting attitude to go through life with, thinking that you are somehow better than the person waiting your table or parking your car; so much so that you would deign to “allow” them to be forum warriors.

honestly, nothing is the most correct in that if we were all just kittening around having drinks together at the bar, likely none or at least very few of us would trash talk so much. most of you guys actually seem to be pretty cool folks. that being said, this thread is a lot more entertaining after the forum warriors got to it. i was a bit worried for a second. 2 pages without trolling and all the kitten ba-ya stuff was getting boring.

I’ll say up front that this is a troll so just ignore me but… put your money where your mouth is. Rekz should transfer to another server, T5 or lower, and show us how you’ll just raise the average play so much that your mouth was worth putting where your money went.

As a member of Borlis Pass, I am very angry at Rekz and have my entire guild mass report them every other day. We’re waiting for a response from Anet.
