Speaks volumes of that server in particular, and I’m pleased for the new matchup systems that lets more servers experience fighting against Vizunah. After all, nothing wrong in letting other servers collects those multitudes of bags from Vizunah too, we shouldn’t be greedy and share right? They aren’t called “running lootbags” for nothing.

Couldn’t agree more at least viz used to have 1 or 2 guilds that could fight like WL or Hup now its just defend everything with siege even if they have twice as many people.

Well, I suppose points mean something for somebody. Just a weird thing to fuzz over in a PvP environment. But then, if you think PvD is more amusing, knock yourself out. I won’t stop you from doing so. Meet us in the open field though, and we most probably will stop you in your tracks considering more or less equal number and not a 3-4:1 ratio.

I’m not complaining about the capping. That’s fine. I’m complaining about the compulsive PPT obsession that seem to plague a few servers, some more than others, then gloat over how supreme they are. Yet, when you try to meet these supreme tacticians out in the field, they run off to get into range of their superior ac’s and cannons in their fully upgraded towers.

And this is what I’m asking myself: why is and will it be necessary? To feel server pride? To feel like you achieve something?

Wouldn’t it be more achieving and self-satisfying, and even more fun since it’s a game, to say and think “today we wiped xxx guild”, “today we tried to wipe a blob outmanning us 3:1 but failed, but we did a good job at it”, instead of saying “Lets do PvD and flip all our opponents towers”.

It’s just that latter chain of thought that I can’t get into my head. I might be dense, but oh well… I’m just trying to engage into intresting things to put some challange on myself. If I win or lose, I don’t care; as long as I can the best I can and have fun while doing so. But to each of their own I guess.

I’m proud SFR woke up vizunah! Your organisation is impressive and that I’ll give you. You did really good yesterdays primetime too, and props to that.

But don’t get all kitteny because you have to log on with 100+ people at night to win. But it’s such a wasted effort logging on with so many people and not have any resistance, I think that has caused your average player level to drop so much. I really think you should be playing the american servers who also have 24/7 coverage, so you actually had a challenge!

Also, don’t come on the forums and be kitteny about your numbers. Yes, it’s impressive, your organistation, communication everything was really good. But when you have +70 people struggling to take down a t3 tower with 15 man inside and it takes your 2 hours to get we know the real victory lies in inactivity from your opponents.

Of course we had one extra help from Anet, when we are we win those 5 times, Anet put free transfers on, and that help us a lot.

Yes we still don’t have the numbers (only map with significant queue is EB, less than 40m), but we are fighting and that’s the most important.

Why I’m so active? I’m at work, which means I had to get up at 4:30 am in the morning (and no, I didn’t start up GW2 first), and we’re having a fairly quiet day (so I do have time to sit in front of a computer right now). And as I stated countless number of times, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT WINNING OR LOSING! Your server friend really posted a nice picture of sponge bob that you should have a good look at. More of that PPT obsession again, sheesh.

I complain about the lack of fights. I play a game for amusement; I play the game for myself and ultimately for my guild; I want us to have the most fun out of our fights, not having to chase an army that bolts as soon as they see us. I don’t play the game for siege warfare (I can count the number of times I’ve used an ac on my two hands). I don’t play the game to say we won over you and how good we are as a server.

However, as said, man up. Meet us on an even levelling field. If we win or if we lose in a good fight, I don’t care. As long as it’d respecful and fun, I’d be the first one to say “Good Game” and you’ve won my gratitude and probably the respect from my guildmates also. That’s the way I play it.

I can’t speak about the goal of my server since I’m only one person and I can only express my own feelings in this matter. There’s a lot of things I disapprove of on my own server, but I’m in no position to be able to change it and on the other hand I won’t defend it either if it gets called out on.

That is why I “woke up”. I don’t post often at all. I am NOT a forum warrior. I’m just a gamer who’s looking for just that: to game. Which in the end means to have fun. I’m really frustrated by the gameplay in this matchup. Was it wrong of me to voice my opinion of that?

well guys, as i said beafore you just have /bow and thanks to anet for letting you play like this. You are the only server out of all the EU servers with those numbers playing night/morning. Not a lot we can do, people works and stuffs and have real life so not possible for us to stay awake whole night making quee on every map or to alarmclock in the morning and play whole day.

WvW is now a game where the victory condition is the 24/7 coverage.
When SFR 2 destroyed you, just beafore the free transfer week that almost killed our server (and you should thanks anet also for this) we had 2 spanish guilds to cover our nights, it was like 30-40 players more than what we have now.
Please note, 30-40 not 200.

So enjoy ur victory, but consider it as it really is, you are just a server of no-skill and no-life 24/7 at pc who keep running away when face opponents in same numbers and go hide in t3 towers with 100 arrow carts, you comes out to fight only when u triple or more opponent numbers.

A nightcap server which sucks on weekend when numbers are even and only won the last matches because of nightcapping/putting on the alarm clock, complains about nightcapping.

I play sometimes the night, and most of the night this week, we had the outnumbered buff. You did lot of point the night/morning this week, and the past week, I don’t think i need to show the Income evolution for prove it.

So what’s the problem ? The night/morning capping ? SFR does that too.

Well, tbh we crushed. Both JS and VS are, when they don’t run away or when the fight doesn’t take place under half a dozen of arrowcarts, much easier kills than Elona, BB, Piken or other real servers. The general opinion in our server is that it’s more profitable to farm VS than to farm in Orr. Those kitten 1v1 build make us feel like we’re fighting paper.

Just wonder if you really think the “we have more player” fit JS because for us on JS, every afternoon It feel like being 8 to 13 against a whole lot of people that pop orange cross each time they kill a rabbit (That’s a BL point of view of course even if it’s common for us to have ubuff on HL or EB).

Well wut ever, but anet give us enemies who doesn’t make us bored after 2 hours. Kind of boring cap whole borderland in prime time and log out because enemies doesn’t have kittens do kitten. Viz, elona and that german blob server would be good match up and you could lock it so they can be boring together forever. Even better idea would be move national servers fight against China.

Kresh its’ just presenting is point of view, I’m his friend but personally I don’t agree with him, because we all know this a 24/7 game, but I have to respect is opinion.
I don’t remember that Kresh come here telling that he does this or he does that, and believe me he does a lot, but he is a humble guy.

Well I agree with you when you say that people must earn the respect, you are a good sample. I respect you because I can see a guy that loves the game, and fights for it, many just accuse you of trolling, and maybe sometime you do it, in reply to other guys trolling.

I didn’t play the match for to many hours, but I had fun the time I played, the opposition was good, for our PUG army in EB was good to learn some new things, of course no fun when we play 50 vs 300.
