I tried to roam alone on Kodash borderland for almost 2 hours and even if i go to where they aren’t supposed to be groups roaming there, it’s impossible to finish a 1vs1 agaisnt a Baruch bay if you don’t win in less than 45sec.
There is always his back up group who will come help him and then /laugh /dance or jump on your corpse, even if he was going to die in a 1vs1 a few moment ago xD

Yesterday night at least some of them tried to fight fair (instead of jumping with 2-5 more guys on a lone roamer who is fighting a 1vs1). A guy from RNV and i forgot the other one.

If anyone wants to duel me, then just whisper me ingame or send me a lovely letter. The queues on the AR- and BB-Borderlands seem to be short, we could also try out this new arena for sure

If you are in frontiers you know what can happen. The good notice is that sometimes you will be victorious in fights against bigger numbers.
For fair fights arrange duels at obsidian sanctuary.
Learn to deal with this, do not qq for what happens in frontiers, it sounds naif.

Had some nice fights on Augury Borderland yesterday evening with both – Augury and Baruch.
And a load of lootbags to collect in the wake of the Kodash random zerg on Baruch Borderlands at around one or two in the morning. Do you have queues on your homelands that you can’t bring organized groups on the map? You did have organized groups e.g. on Augury… Or do your guilds like the offensive borderlands better? Or did I join the wrong place&time so I got a totally wrong impression?

Well, our home borderland is empty all morning (except when the karma train visits), and then full all the rest of the day, but it’s mainly full of unorganized people.

It’s sad having a full border and watch how we barely have 1 tower or something like that, knowing that you cant map jump to help
As for siN, we usually raid in other borders though there’s no particular reason (probably the queue in BB border helps!)

Anyway, weekends are usually our weak spot, im afraid we might not have enough to be able to come back this week like the last MU ^^

AR’s inability to put actual pressure on Kodash throughout the weekend has led to current score. I’m sure BB will come round at some point during the week and I hope Kodash strives to hinder us.

Not such a bad run yesterday afternoon: we got to tear down Kodash’s Bay WP at AR’s borderlands as well as a T3 turret stuffed with siege just like a Thanksgiving turkey. It all ended up in a blobbing extravaganzza with 3 Kodash guilds plus Siegerazer harassing two smaller BB cohorts with a couple of superior acs. Way weird but fun to witness.

Well, AR’s inability to put pressure on you during your nightshifts leads to your current and future score. Sometimes I wonder what still motivates us to fight during weekends when one or two nights from that everything is gone again. We all seem to have a little Sisyphus in us.

Well, AR’s inability to put pressure on you during your nightshifts leads to your current and future score. Sometimes I wonder what still motivates us to fight during weekends when one or two nights from that everything is gone again. We all seem to have a little Sisyphus in us.

WvW server tendencies are shifty. Until Anet doesn’t truly decide to widen the amount of people fitting on WvW maps this is going to be the rule. Accepting that is essential to the dedicated player ‘maturity’. Strive, strive and keep on striving to improve your server’s performance until that makes you exhausted and you wind up raging against what you used to love. GW2 is the only game I happen to know that has worn its avid stalwarts off this quick. Sad but true.

Congratulations to those effortful. Your attitude is honestly admirable.

On behalf of the whole Circle of Nine we would like to send thanks to everyone who gave us some decent fights. Thanks to Kodash for awesome small scale fights, especially to [Buka] – you guys earned our eternal respect, you have cohones gentleman ! and to [siN] for some nice skirmishes.

We didn’t believe we could find small scale fights anywhere or roaming and dueling. Very nice matchup. Clean thread, manners and “no” trolling !

We had this tower since the reset, and many players have been working hard to defend it…. Its lost was the worst news of the week-end :’(

We had a blast yesterday on BB BL (with VdE and some CoN)… But unfortunatly not much troops from BB before 10 pm. On the other hand…… DAT NIGHT !!

First, I am pleasantly surprised Kodash performance, you are now the strongest German server and that has surprised us at the beginning of the match. But it is something that will not happen again, we have to use all our strength but in the end I hope we’ll win, but Kodash still is a worthy opponent.

By the way, we don’t have South American guilds but if you realize every time we are organizing better (keep in mind that after Vizuna we are the most populated server). The South American guilds I assure you that they play in the American League.

Be prepared for this night, happy dreams…..

That’s Anet’s fault: siege damage is too kitten high. That’s why 10 people (You said 10? 5 could do so) are capable of stopping a huge zerg. Don’t you think that you are particularly good or witty or anything else for hiding behind siege .

And if you think you are good enough come fight [siN], [BULL], [imp] or [RNV] instead of bragging for repelling a group of randoms. They’ll teach you the respect you admit not to have.

Excuse the double posting, but, as it was stated few posts before, Baruch has no South American guild. In fact, appart from [WAR] and [Run] they have absolutely no non-Spanish guild. It is true that we tried to bring them in the past but they decided to stay at their servers. We don’t have any and we have NEVER had them. Those who do not agree will have to prove me wrong with sufficient evidence. Any other attitude is pure false speculation.

A little sad, that the first bitter post in this thread comes from a Kodashian, but in his defense: I suppose it can be a little frustrating for some of the few players on our server who play during night-time to witness such onslaught, without the option to do something meaningful in the PPT department (albeit Kodash as a former “between-brackets-server” should be used to that).

It seems, that all German servers seriously lack the personal during night-times to be competitive in the Gold-League. Some players might ponder over that, some others just try to have fun and give good fights. We also lack the really large monotag-zergs like [bull] but as Jade and Vizu clearly show – they are not a key factor for PPT-success…

Regarding siege-damage – I personally don’t think it is too high because it goes both ways. At the end of the day, omega-golems are THE solution for every numerical superior attack force, who doesn’t want to bother with more time-consuming trebuchet-sieging. The updated siegeram-skills also allow larger groups to withstand a substantial amount of arrow-cart-fire and batter down quickly even reinforced doors…

That’s why I said monotag = all flying the same guild-tag (won’t find that on Vizu in very large numbers much). I didn’t ment the word “zerg” in a pejorative way here, sorry for that – maybe very large guild group would have been a more appropriate word…

I know, that one usually overestimates opposing side numbers (pets & co.) but at least when you teared down our t3 spawntower and t3 hill on your homeland at midnight on Monday I believe you were a little more than 25…

Kodash is still very impressive in this league.

I think the surprises of this league were:

Kodash – Well thanks of some transfers, but you became the strongest DE server right now.

Jade – No one was thinking that they could make to 2nd place i think.

Baruch – Nobody expected to see us fighting some weeks to get 3rd place, even us didn’t expected this, to be honest.

Also i have to say that Baruch actually just have 2 non-spanish guilds, WAR and run (they’re both french). As someone said before, Baruch has lot of population (almost all PvE population) but there’s lot of people playing on Baruch. As all of you know this game lack of PvE content, so we are having new players everyday so we are able to have better coverage.

For me the match was far too zergy but I want to thank [Way], [Con], [Bull] and all the others who made it still entertaining by going smallscale or duel.

I think that you wasn’t looking at all the MU dude.. Belive me, I stayed all weeks looking on rankins and counting all the posbilities, and yes, we fought for the 3rd place. (Or you don’t remember Baruch v Vizunah v Jade, or the last week when Jade had to push all the friday to win their MU…) Also, we are fighting atm for the 3rd place in points, 4th in ranking. But still 3rd in points.

Everybody knows in Baruch that I like that stat. Even loosing the match Kodash was able to make almost a 20% more points in stomps and Dolyaks. The Shadows value that stat sincerely. Good job, Kodash maintained ruins much better than Baruch.

Unfortunately I can not attend the date, I have to look after my kid today (my wife is travelling), but surely you will find other Shadows willing to duel.
