My guild completed the guild challenge but on the guild system, it didn’t show completed (thus no merits) though all of us received the rewards. Anyone encounter this bug?

I’ve seen this occur on the Quaggan challenge. We successfully completed the challenge and rescued all of the quaggans and everyone received their personal rewards.

We were able to ‘try’ again, this time i stayed in the water with the big event ring (not near the shore, where the quaggans are fleeing to) and we ‘won’ and received merits.

I don’t know if staying in the water helps.. we had 40+ people participating.. culling makes it so you can see other guild members, it’s possible that -nothing- was different and it just ‘worked’

Yes, this happened 3 times to my guild last week doing the Blightwater Shatterstrike – Blazeridge Steppes guild challenge.

On our first 3 tries, we finished the challenge very quickly like 3-4 min and none of the crystals regenned to full health.

On our 4th try, we dragged it out a little, broke a few crystals early let them regen and whittled them down again and finished with 10 min left out of 20.

We finally were awarded merits on our 4th try.

I encountered this problem today with a guild puzzle. Our guild definitely had at least 6 members complete the puzzle (Angvar’s Trove) but at the end of the event we did not receive a ‘guild puzzle completed notification,’ and the puzzle remained active in the events screen. Very annoying as it was our first try! :P

Edit: We ended up failing it when the time ran out. How annoying!

We drew the Quaggan Paddle as a trek last week, someone else was doing it there, but I am sure we got 15 though by checking which guildies had received rewards. It didn’t give us any merits, so we did it again… no merits. It was late so we left it, and I posted a bug report.

This week… we drew the quaggan paddle, again at least 20 guildies completed it and got rewards, and it is showing up as incomplete. Hopefully we won’t loose another weeks worth of merits, but I am not confident!… also… fingers crossed we are not stuck with the Quaggan Paddle… will have to wait and see what turns up later!
