Guild Wars 2

In short we (my guild and I) completed it last night…. 15/15 etc…. but the reward did not trigger. I checked again this morning and it says we failed it.
I know we completed it, as most decent guilds do after 15/15 we went back and helped everyone through so they could get the chest etc.

This happened to us last week, although there was some confusion as there was two other guilds doing it as well.

Has anyone else had any problems with this guild event?

If there was more than 1 guild doing it at the same time, then 1 guild member needs to stay behind until the event ends, then claim credit for your guild. By doing so, you can get multiple guilds to share a Rush.

When we completed it last night, it was just us…

The previous week when there were two other guilds doing it, we were the filler in the sandwich so to speak, and completed it twice, firstly for the guild in front of us, secondly on our turn, so to speak.

This happened to my guild once. The way we solve it now is have someone sit in Frostgorge Sound until the actual in-zone event completes with a gold medal. When it completes with a gold medal, it always completes the rush. If everyone from your guild who participated leaves the zone before it completes, it appears to fail.
