I thought I would pass along what I’ve learned about Yanonka’s bug for those of you that might run into him sometime in the near future.

Yanonka is found by interacting with Suspicious Rats in the Fields of Ruin and choosing the Shoo option from the interaction menu. Once someone in the guild locates him if everyone stops interacting with rats immediately all is good. However, if after someone locates him another guild member Shoos a rat in another location Yanonka will teleport to that new location, and reset his health bar completely in the process.

Make sure that your guildies understand to stop interacting with the rats once you’ve located Yanonka or you could teleport him all over the map without ever making progress toward completing the bounty.

Thank you for posting about this! I had no idea. My guild had this bounty recently and our whole guild was there searching for around 5 minutes, many players posting that they had located her but then reporting that she disappeared soon after, in the end causing us to fail the bounty hunt. Will definitely take note for future encounters!
