I have just started my own guild. I was wondering how do I unlock the guild missions?

Well you need a ton of influence and merits, which will be hard to come by by yourself….

im not by myself their r quit a lot of people in my guild now how do find guild merits and that stuff? people that r in my guild r asking me, I don’t know what to tell them plz help.

for you to unlock guild missions, you have to have guild influence and guild merit, and the unlocking are by stage. what this mean is that those guild missions are not unlocked concurrently, they are unlocked one after another. for better explanation read this : http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_mission

people do guild mission usually to get the guild commendation, although some are doing if for the sake of enjoying game content. if your guild just started building those upgrades, try working with a larger guild who already have the guild missions unlocked and join their event to get those commendation, and try to get them to join your guild misison as you slowly unlock them.

for example : my guild has already unlocked all the guild missions, and currently in collaboration with another guild in terms of doing guild missions. since they already have their guild bounty and guild track unlocked what we usually do is do their guild bounty and track to help them gain merit to unlock more guild missions for their guild, and then do our guild rush, challenge and puzzle with them so that they can get the commendations too. this may or may not involve cross-guild membership.

my guild merit is currently overflowing every time we complete the guild mission, it would be good if we can convert them into some sort of consumable so that we can donate merit to another guild.
