Guild Wars 2

I’ve read on wiki that every player should get a mail from Kasmeer Meade containing 3 Mysterious key pieces. For some reason I never received this mail (my mail box is empty and I have checked every character several times), has anyone else had this problem?
I’m wondering if it’s because the thing I done when this update was release is create a new character (My best guess is a new character is not eligible for this content and hence did not receive the mail), unfortunately no other character got it either.

I did receive the mail with the 3 pieces of the mysterious key but, after a patch, that mail disappeared along with the pieces of the key.

Several friends and guildies have told me that the same thing happened to them as well.

I have had the same issue. Mail arrived on my WvW toon but it isn’t there anymore and I certainly didn’t delete it.
