Guild Wars 2

Please excuse the stupid question – but how do I get to the 4th level? I can make it to 3 and then hit the solo instance – but not sure how to get to 4th?

There is no 4th level.
Lvl 3 is the highest with Travel-golem, then you have to make it to the top where the Instance is, and that is the highest point of the Tower.

hmm thanks! But I can see the chest icon on the map with the vendor etc in the middle, but I don’t know how to get there? Thank you

Aye, that is the top of the tower.
