Gave Marjory’s helper Dee 800 pristine spores that I was saving for recipes. I did not know what the 100 spores would give me but there is no end to it, not even a limit or a warning. I spent 12g for each stack of spores….so that’s roughly 40gold wasted.

Gold is money and I’m absolutely disappointed at my loss. I don’t think I was at fault in this matter.

Are you saying you clicked on something too many times and bought too many of the same thing ? Sorry, I’m just trying to understand.

Each recipe is 250 samples so you could only buy a max of 3 recipes. The NPC has no items for 100 samples. If you accidentally bought more than one specific recipe then it’s not the game’s fault.

If you were attempting to buy the MF, which is 100 samples, then yes you can buy more without any warning. You also had to reinitiate the dialogue each time in order to be presented the option to purchase the MF boost again. Repeatedly restarting the dialogue and clicking to buy the MF boost is not the game’s fault.

Have you tried reading whats on the screen instead of just clicking through evrything?

Yeah, you need to explain this better OP.
How it reads right now looks like a user error, not an issue with the game.

This doesn’t sound like a poorly programmed NPC so much as a player who didn’t take the time to look at what he was clicking — four times.

If you lost the Spore then you lost the Spores. The NPC did not take any money off you as you chose to buy the spores.

Even at that case like the people have already said.
Its your fault your not reading what you are clicking. I’ve done the same before where I’ve bought the wrong item and has cost me (4 times though is something else).

Just learn from your mistake and don’t blame an NPC for a User Error.

• It doesn’t warn you not to change map or log out.

And yes, it scammed me for 100 spores when I mis-clicked on something by accident.

I can agree with this… that is bad but OP’s claim sound wierd. Even though it is bad programed NPC how can you repeat that same action how many times?
12g per 250Spore and OP claimed He/she lost 40g ~ 4 stacks = 1000spores…
