Dunno who did the voice acting on the hallucinating Quaggans, but…they’re awesome!

I don’t remember seeing any hallucinating Quaggans, but I swear the Krait are voiced by Scott McNeil.

Those hallucinating quaggans motivate me enough to overcome my desire to avoid all Scarlet related content. Well done, quaggan voice actors!

The hallucinations you see are based on which path you took in your characters personal story. If you didn’t investigate / help recruit the Quaggans on that character (don’t recall what Order has them as an option), they won’t be present.

It’s actually a very nice little touch to the content, but I wonder what appears if you have not progressed your personal story that far yet?

I investigated Quaggans in my personal story and haven’t seen a single one anywhere in tower. Was it in open world zone or instance?

The Quaggan is in the open world at the pact camp Kessex hills. Hearing the Quaggan freak is quite interesting

Yup, those are the ones I meant. It’s an odd mix with them being both hilarious and yet you feel sorry for them as they appear to be genuinely sad/scared.

Saying that the voice acting was brilliant doesn’t quite cover it though, but uberbrilliant is such a made-up word…

Wether or not you can choose quaggans in the PS is decided by race, not order.

Indeed. Quaggans are available for Asura, Human, and Slyvari PCs.

The quaggan are there for all to pity at the base camp outside the tower. Poor little buggers… they don’t take to hallucinogens well.
