• The Tri-key Chest has been updated to include more loot bags, more Dragonite Ore, and a chance at Scrolls of Knowledge and Tomes of Knowledge.

I got 20 Dragonite ore, but nothing else was different.

Specifically the ‘more loot bags’ part since the Dragonite Ore is correctly more… I’m not even going to note on the other items since I haven’t even got any of the rare items from the first iteration of the chest yet.

you could get 2 different bags when opening the box. It was random and didn’t made much of a difference. Now they updated those 2 bag option with other bag options that’s available randomly after opening the box. Then they added the chance of scroll of knowledge and tomes of knowledge. After all not much has changed since it’s still random however the “new” loot bags might have a higher chance of getting specific items.

The addition of the Dragonite Ore and the fact that the Tri-Chest can be opened an unlimited amount of times per day means that it’s now the best source for Dragonite for anyone who needs a large amount of it. Just farm in the Tower for keys and open the chest whenever you get a full set. (Or buy them for Spores + silver, if you don’t mind spending the money.)

I got 2 loot bag but only 12 ore last time I opened.

I’ve gotten up to 3 loot bags from the chest, and other times I only get one.

So the “increase” means a chance at more, not that you always get more.
