Hi guys, I just got my norn warrior to 80, and am looking for armor/ dyes that will give him a look of nobility. Thanks for the input, and if you have any noble characters, please share them!

Hrm… kind of a tough one as there really isn’t nobility amongst the norn, and most of us norn lovers probably LOVE that barbarian look!

However, in my opinion, I’d say cultural T3 would suit nicely as a “noble norn”. I think it looks pretty noble, while still looking norn.

I attached a picture of my guardian, but as you’re male… I also found an image on google to give an idea. Otherwise, here is a link so you can see different armors for male heavy norn.

If you are still having trouble finding the right look, as much as I hate myself for saying it… maybe try rerolling as a human? They are all about the noble look.

I took your advice, and was able to come up with an armor combination that I feel combines the barbaric and noble look!

boots> regular karma vendors in orr, fireheart rise, frostgorge ground.(not the orr temple ones !! )

main dye is silver, secondary is celestial.
weapon is vision of the mists

Here is mine Zealous Norn! I actually wasn’t going that much for a noble look, and I’m still playing around with dyes.
The 3rd screenshot is what I’ve had until 5 days ago, when I decided to change the look a bit

Try this: Honor of waves Chest and Legs, Ascalonian Catacombs gloves and boots.

You’ll look like a knight in shining armor with a roman touch due to the short sleeves on the chest piece. Also, due to the sleeves, having gloves on is completely optional. You could just have the chest, legs, and boots visible and you’ll look pretty cool.

I used Silver for the metal parts and midnight red for the cloth. I’d post a picture if I was able. I may edit this post with one when I get home.

Or, if anyone is kind enough to preview my setup, go ahead and post a picture.

Well I cannot say my Guard Norn looks noble but he sure does look a little unfriendly

My favourite “noble” look is the one of my Guardian. Could work on the Warrior as well.

It is basically T3 breast and legs combined with Noblemans Helmet, Dark Armor shoulders, T2 shoes and Vigil armbraces.
I think the front view is really good, and the good thing having T3 breast and legs is the cape-like look from behind, which is very noble.

very nice. The roman feel gives him the look of an armored nobleman who doesn’t necessarily need the thick metal plates of someone who would go out slaying dragon and saving damsels in distress every afternoon.

Grab a makeover kit and switch to female norn ! Female norn is the most amazing type of character ever !
