Guild Wars 2

I think I am missing something here and the internetz has only advised of the cost of the cultural armor set and not how to acquire them. I’ve gone to the vendors and none of them will speak to me. Is there something i need to complete before I gain access to the cultural armor vendors? Thanks!

Is your character norn? Cultural weapons can be accessed by any race, armor can’t. If you speak to someone for cultural armor that isn’t your race, they won’t talk to you. Otherwise no, there is nothing you need to unlock to see the armors.

Norn can only see their cultural armors so my guess would be you are trying to talk to other races vendors?
Try guild wars 2 wiki it has a fairly good information on guild wars 2 :P
