The armor seen here during the character creation is one of the reasons I chose to be a Norn.

It’s similar to the T3 cultural.

I specifically like the winged crown on the female.

future armor set?

It looks like a valkyrie themed armor. Have yet to see anything like that in game though.

I am pretty sure that art was drawn before the cultural sets were made. The art was probably taken as inspiration to create the T3 set. The legs and body have the same sort of art style between them.

the helm is just pure win. I hope they release it cos id LOVE to have that on my female guardian

Weirdly enough, the most approaching helm is the T2 human helm, with wings like those.

Also, the human female on the art is amazing, but you can’t create one like that (the haircut doesn’t exist). I mad.

T2 Norn cultural heavy helm looks like that

It’s a combination of the cultural armor sets most like. The helm indeed looks like tier 2, and remember it IS concept art. Most likely its a prototype ideal.

The banded arms and legs on the female look a lot like the in-game T3 racial armor. So, as someone else said, it is probably concept art or something.

Yes, the helm exists, I have it for my Norn Ranger, though rarely wear it.
(It is therefore medium helmet armour)
There is one difference though, there are some short spikes on top of the helm.

The crown on the female I definatly have not seen anywhere.

But today I found the gloves and pants on a corrupted norn in Honor of the Waves.

The path where you have to run thru the tunnel with the traps that throw you backward. The dude at the end that you have to fight to open the door. He has this armor. Not the helm tho.

So maybe we’ll see this armor eventually.
