Male Norn Sword
Norn doesn’t appreciate how you talk about his male sword ! He’ll swing it however he wants !
These thoughts go through my head when i use sword auto.
‘’Swing.. ooooh gurl i lik yo nail polish!’’
‘’Swing…AHH MY NAIL!’’
‘’Swing… oh ouch my fingers’’
‘’Swing…Dont hurt my poor little soul ahhh’’
‘’swing… ahh it hurts’’
I really don’t see your point the sword is a fast weapon and the norn are skilled fighters, it looks fine to me.
The norn Ranger sword animation on the other hand makes him look like a fish fish out of water
i agree with you, if i use a sword on my norn warrior it feels like im using it very slowly and not agressive at all, while the humans and sylvari obvioulst put their full strenght into the last auto attack!

I agree the sword auto attack for male norn guardian looks terrible and could do with some adjustments. No power or emphasis into the swinging motion.. It’s like waving a feather duster around!!!

I use a sword with a shield, I find it just fine. It probably depends on the sword you have and level.
The following classes have 1h Swords as Main Hand weapons: Guardian, Warrior, Thief, Ranger and Mesmer. They all have very different animations. Which one is being complained about, and for which gender of Norn?

I think he is talking about male norn guardian and warrior 1st attack chain combo swings which are indeed a bit wierd and they definately attention and correction imo.
Can someone PLEASE redo the norn ranger male sword auto attack animation? Bad enough I already just bought a make over kit to get rid of my two toned hair/beard since that never got fixed…
Its not about how you swing, its who you choose to stab that counts in the end.

Male Warrior,… since im taller than most of my targets; my character seems to overreact and instead of hiting a bit lower its actually looking at his foot and stabbing it constantly… it looks so bad that I never used swords for more than 5-10 minutes (already crafted 3 exotics and broke them for ectos minutes after… such a bad animation…)
