Every since I got my T3 chest piece this has bugged me, I can’t see the hilt of the sword and on some shields the cape completely hides the shield when it is on my back, is there anyway to fix these problems?

Nope, just wait for a patch to fix it. But it’s not only the T3 chest, it’s nearly every chest piece. The Norn’s back is just too big..
