I need the help of a norn appearance expert.

I’m trying to mimic the look of the norn thief shown in the scorpion wire video. There are also two pictures of her as well. I’m pretty sure I got everything but the hairstyle. I can’t tell if it’s a hairstyle that was cut before release or what :/

Here’s what setting I’ve narrowed it down to:
(counting from top to bottom, then left to right)
physique: 5
tattoo: 4
head: 7
hair: 1 or 13

Here’s what I got with her using haircut 13:

I initially thought that too. I found that the design looks similar but in the pictures and video her hair looks rustled while the in game #1 is straight. That’s why I also leaned towards #13 since it also looks rustled. It seems like in the pictures and video, the shape is #1 but the texture is #13. Or am I just crazy?

Some assets from pre-release trailers were only used as props and such and does not exists in game any longer. It is possible that hair isn’t available.

Upon review, I think that’s a human hairstyle.

Its a shortened version of a hairstyle we do have available (I forget the number.) The very long ponytail that is a little curly? A lot of norn hairstyles were lengthened upon release. For example, the ponytail with the braids at the sides (#1 I think?) used to have a much shorter version. If you walk around Hoelbrak or check out some NPCs in the very beginning of wayfarer (near the TP) you can actually still see these.

So, if it was up to me, I would still use that same hair, just accept that it is longer. I use it on my norn theif as well, looks great!

I think they added braids to a similar ponytail, also. That one might work better for you if you like the shorter look.
