Norn Name
Well, if you want a semi-historical source for your character’s name, and really want to do your research, Sturluson’s ‘Prose Edda’, E.V. Gordon’s ‘Introduction to Old Norse’, and any basic text of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, or Faroese. The Icelandic Sagas have many examples of female names as well.
You could also stretch the “Scandinavian” interpretation and include Old English, Old German, Saxon, or Finnish language sources.
Of course, many folks skip that all together, and just slap a “-dottir” at the end of the character’s nameā¦

Just look up viking names. The norns are to some degree based on the vikings.
