Seriously. They are useless for the most part in PvP/WvW, the cool downs are much too long, and the time you spend in that form is much too short.

Yes, they are weak, even compared to other races’ skills. However, I am afraid devs won’t do anything about them. More likely, they will nerf more powerful racials (I am looking at you, Pain Inverter) instead.

I wish they would’ve made them so you take on characteristics(like boons) of that particular spirit and not a full transformation with new skills. Would’ve made them so much better but then people might complain that they’re OP. Norns really got jipped on their racials compared to other classes. Hell, they could make it so you summon that spirit and he fights for you for a short time doing the abilities that they gave us. Now that would make it on par with the asura golem or the human hounds.

About the only norn racial I ever used was the worm, to have a second body to keep creatures occupied.

Just make all the forms able to move and attack with their 1 skill, like Snow Leopard.

That’s all it really needs.
