Well don’t forget the cultural part of your story is pretty low level content, I think to level 20? Then we get into an Order and finally the Pact. Considering the entire story line is just about killing one dragon (out of six I think) I can see why that’s the case. But, honestly I think I loved the Norn part of the story the best, I’m not saying the rest was bad, but I enjoyed it a lot more. Plus our main enemies are servants of a dragon, so that’s almost as close as you can get.
