Darkstar, you’re pretty much correct, very nicely guesed!

It is indeed the face you suggest and I did increase her eye’s height, width and angle, and I also increased the size of her pupils and the shape of her eye-brows, to give her a more edgy and dangerous look.

I think I made her lips a bit wider and slightly thinner.

I can’t remember making her nose-bridge thinner, tho its very much possible I did change it slighty, however I do know I made the “nostril-part” a little wider.

I also did some changes to her cheeks and chins shape but I sadly don’t remember exactly how I did it! :o

You’re almost correct with the colours too, tho I think I use the slighty lighter shade of red for the hair and slighty darker shade for her skin, tho it might just be the light that trick me, yah could be totally right!

Just like Magnetic says, F&F dyes make metallics really pop. The metal parts of my gear are mainly done in Cinders, Nickel and Old Nickel depending how much of that “pop” I’m after.

I tried to go for a natural leather and furs look, I’m quite pleased with how Norn-like my mesmer turned out.^^

Been a while since I last posted here; my Norn Thief, Ylfa the Brigand, has been level 80 for a while now.

Her set is mostly Medium Tier 3, plus the Conquest Helm skin (tricorn hat + Zorro mask) from WvW. The boots in the earlier shot are outdated (older screenshots), but I included the shots because I like the way she looks in them generally. The character screen picture shows her with her final boots (Norn Medium Tier 2).

Got my necro to 80, and made her with full norn weapon skins / armor. Looks pretty awesome imo!

My Fully Ascended Guardian. Rusty Tooth!

Here are mine. Both are low-level spoiled brats. ^^ The girl is Val (Varmajalka) who is a ranger and the man is Kerah Ingensson who is a thief, and they are siblings. Kerah is Val’s older brother. Kerah used to have different hair but I hated it? It was the only one to give the kind of hairline I wanted so nothing else would do. And then I tried Braham’s hair and had to have it. Thankfully that worked!

(Hopefully the second attachment shows up for people? i can’t see it myself but preview and edit windows show it’s there…?)

I have had some norn in the past. A ranger that I got bored of and deleted due to the hideousness of the male sword animations…. and my current norn, an Engi.

I am quite jealous of that hair ;/ but I really like how the heavy cultural armors appear on female norn. (shame the male ones fall a bit short – looking at you tier 3)

My eles face grew on me quite a bit, so my main warrior got one too.

I doubt very much Roseberry took screenshots of the sliders while making that toon on the offhand chance that people might fall in love with that look. I already posted up most of what you have to do to get the look, try playing with the settings, you can get VERY close without much effort. Also remember that face looks different in action, so the creation/makeover screen won’t look the same anyway precisely. If you still have no luck, I’ll try to post some slider screens up of what I found looks closest.

My ranger’s been getting a lot of love lately with ascending her gear, and then I got inspired by the Zodiac set… that got pasted over an old exotic set in need of a revamp. Result!

Both of my weapons there are Skybringer and Eir’s Longbow, which I’ve transmuted over Zojja’s weapons to ascend them.

The first set of armour there is a Krytan / T3 mix, which is mostly ascended Soldier’s / Melandru with just the gloves and shoulders left to upgrade. It’s my main set and I’m super happy with the way midnight red and iron work on leather. The other colours are midnight fire and mithril.

The second set of armour is the new Zodiac with the helm and shoulders hidden. Those parts do actually look good and I posted some pics in the black lion subforum with those parts on! This was an old underwater set of Cleric’s / Water that I revamped. The colours I picked were sunset, autumn, butter, white gold and moss.

The helm is hidden and it has midnight yew and mithril on it… I have to say the whole set is really fun to dye! There are sooo many good options
