They redid the movement greatsword? I find it particularly strange (phenomenon observed Norn Warrior and Ranger) the sword is on the side so that it is impossible to hide without “clip” through the textures … Why did you change this? If you want my opinion we seems to be fools, holding a hammer, or to be so low that it can not hold a weapon with both hands … the old way was much better, greatsword back, giving the impression of speed or charging.
After I do not know if this happens for other race / class and it belong in the domain of appearance so there is no accounting for tastes. colors, etc.. I would like your opinion and a post from master forum / game to know if it was intentional. Thank you!

Just tested it, and it’s better in my opinion. Because, well, when holding the greatsword and moving, the Norn isn’t really running, it’s more like jogging. It’s more serene and ready for combat.

The old way, the female norn seemed to be struggling to be holding the sword while moving by carrying it so low and twisting her body so much.

Right now she’s “hey, I’m coming towards you with a 10 feet long sword and I don’t kittening care about it’s weight, so get ready to be cut to pieces!”

Just my opinion, though.

I don’t see anything wrong with this change.

There is another thread already about this animation change. I personally think it is for the better and makes the female Norn look like she has more confidence holding a GS. The old animation looked like she was dragging it on the ground a tad too much.

I have a Female Norn Warrior with a greatsword.

There is a default key to sheath your weapon. I don’t remember the default as i changed my key. You’ll find it under options

It is kind of nice to be able to draw your sword as well as put it away especially while running.
