So apart from the Acc Bound weapon skins and minis, is there any reason to farm baubles? In terms of converting them to gold.

we just had a whole month of cash cow LS events and your looking for more? To answer your question however, no you cant turn baubles into gold. About the only farming possiblity is to run SAB in hopes of geting a skin drop asumeing this round has tradeable skin drops like the last one did.
