Since the SAB update, I haven’t been able to access the pavillion, which makes sense since that content has been removed (though the portal is still there). Has access to the vendors also been removed entirely from the game? I notice now that I have an excess of sprockets and wouldn’t mind spending it on some of the rare items or skins they were selling (namely the peacemaker stuff from the Asura embassador).

I wouldn’t recommend buying any of the cultural items from the Pavillion even if the vendors were still there. You can get the exact same item for 63k karma in the respective racial cities (Rata Sum for the staff you want). And contrary to what many people seem to think, any race can buy the racial weapons, you do not need to be an Asura to buy the Asura cultural weapons from Rata Sum (only cultural armor is race-restricted). 63k Karma is much better than spending 10g plus sprockets on the weapon from the Pavillion vendor.

That said, I would like to know the status of the vendors for the recipes / sovereign skins, at least. Are they going to be added to the Black Lion weapon specialists, is there going to be a special vendor added (similar to the Zhaitaffy vendor in Lion’s Arch), or are they gone until the Crown Pavillion makes a return?
