Any reason why I can’t get a super skin for my bow or greatsword?

Both bows and the greatsword were in the previous and now retired batch of SAB blue skins.

They’ve said numerous times old SAB skins are not returning.

It’s more they said they probably won’t be returning. They never specifically said that there weren’t, only possibly.
