Guild Wars 2

I have completed world 1 on tribulation mode 2 full times and still have not recieved the glutton of punishment achievement. This is preventing me from doing world 2 on trib mode since you need world 1 finished. Any recommendations on what i should do?

Just finished that and i dindt received it either.

Did you leave before the timer actually sent you to the bonus level?
