I feel like i should give people this warning.. hold off on getting 400-500 in the crafting skills until a good guide comes out unless you want to waste money (like I did. I spent 100g getting 400-466 and regret it d:)

If you can afford it, getting to 450 in one of those crafts now ensures you can make your time-locked items as quickly as possible. But yeah, some of these material prices are insane.
