Typically they send these things in waves so as not to hurt the system.

Well i have 2 transmuted incinerators, and recieved 1 splitter ;/ will i be getting a second one or is it tough luck for the people who have 2 of the same type?

Friend of mine got 2 for having 2 legendaries, so your second may just come later.
