So I found guide on Dulfy with digging spots on World 1, tried them and suddenly nothing. Were they removed? Anyone else having same problem?

I’m willing to bet they were removed because the devs said they didn’t like how people were farming them.

Yeah it looks like the old hot spots were removed. I’m guessing the devs decided it was too easy to get the baubles in the old world. This is the kind of nerf that really bothers me :/

You mean the nerfs that they are constantly doing with just about every patch?
All they keep adding is nerfs and time-gated stuff. Getting really tired of it. As others have said in other threads, its becoming Grind Wars 2.

Well according to dev in live stream, the dig spots in World 1 should be in the same spots. Can anyone confirm this?

The dig spots are still at the same place, but they give less baubles per dig spot. It typically gives 20 baubles now.

Whereas before, I typically had 500 baubles shortly after beginning zone 3, I just now finished all 3 zones with a total of 390 baubles and I did hunt a few extras I was foregoing before…

Hmm, kitten . Guess I’ll have to take extra time and try to open the key chests. (Do those still give the same amount?)

I ran one of my old World 1 routes to see if it was still the same. The dig spots appear to be the same but instead of colored baubles popping up, a chest pops up and applies the baubles to your inventory. After getting the 2nd end chest I had about 195 baubles. I used to get about 320ish if I remember correctly so it is definitely fewer. Also I believe they said these dig spots are now account bound so no use doing them on an alt or doing more than 1 run per day…
