Works for extract the new materials that come in the new update Super Adventure Box: Back to School?

I don’t think any of the “t7” materials are harvested from resource nodes. My impression is you get them from salvaging high level items and doing special activities like jump puzzles and dungeons.

Yeah a dev said there would be rare mats in jumping puzzles for the new crafting

So… the new T7 materials will not be harvested from new nodes (mines, trees, etc) around Tyria? And if they will, can there new items be harvested with the tools purchased by gems?

There have been hints going about that these new materials will be gained by other means than gathering (much like the fused quartz). Those materials will be accountbound too.

I very much doubt there will be new tools to be bought. I’ve heard in the past that the T7 might include most if not all of the T1 to T6 materials in their ‘recipes’.
