Well, do we know if it is better to hoard your essences until you have the 4.2 mil points required for 300%? or can you use them as you get them and not lower your chances of finding essences? Worded differently…the higher your MF, the lower your chances are of finding some or all types of essences?

MF doesn’t affect salvaging, so no, hoarding them doesn’t help.

That makes sense, a guildie was confused about how it increased in points needed level from level and somehow attributed it to that.

I bought about 3k green items, salvage it and pop up MF barely to 98%:-)

However you’ll get less and less greens over time and more and more rares/exotics so it becomes impossible to improve without TP :o it must be a conspiracy to have us buy gems.

One you get massive amounts of rares, you can start eating your ectos. I hear they are good on crackers.
