With the ability to change the stats, will the legendaries now be account bound? Half the reason I’ve held off on making one as a person who plays 8 characters is because it would be stuck on one character.

I’m pretty sure they’re gonna remain Soulbound just like other items. Once you equip it, it becomes soulbound.
But that is why people have a Main and then Alts.

I seriously doubt it, mate. It is not related.

The ability to change stats is already a pretty signifigant extra boon to legendaries, I doubt they’d further buff them by making them the only high-grade weapon in the game that doesn’t become soulbound on use as well.
