Magic Find Armor

So I have searched through everything and have not been able to find a single trace of what will happen so here is my question.
What is going to happen to us who have a magic find armor set, obviously we will lose the magic find on them but then what? will it become a waste of money due to the fact that it will be exotic but will have only 2 stats? why not let us put that magic find to the account? like 1% per piece of magic find we have or even let us pick the stats that it becomes on the armor.
