Yes, they’re for the Mystic Forge, but what do I combine them with, and are they an alternate way of getting the skins if you don’t feel like farming hundreds of bauble bubbles for the skins normally? (Oh wait, you can’t do that now.)

You combine them with Tribulation tokens to make the Tribulation skins.
Obviously you get Tribulation tokens from Tribulation Mode, which from my experience can be extremely frustrating at times.

No way to make the normal skins, eh? Sigh.

So, what makes the Tribulation skins so special? Are they improved looking compared to the normal ones?

World 1 skins are green and World 2 skins are yellow. World 3 and 4 will be red and purple respectively.

As far as I know, that’s all there is to the skin. Just something to distinct yourself from everyone else, allowing other people to know what you’ve accomplished from a glance.

Knowledge is power.

They are the same as the reg skins, but are instead different colors. Green for World 1 Trib and yellow for World 2.

This is my World 1 trib sword.

Green and yellow..ugh. Red and purple versions might look nice. But of course they’re on the worlds that aren’t available. =.=
